Just 2 min down the road from the popular destination brewery- Other Half, 9 min to the City of Canandaigua, including local shops, dining, lakeside attractions, Finger Lakes Wine Center, and Sonnenberg Gardens & Mansion, 14m to CMAC & Bristol Mountain Ski Resort, 25min to Naples, and 28min to Geneva.

This 1800s farmhouse has all the modern amenities, including a large entertaining kitchen with a wine fridge for storing all your beverages purchased on the numerous local wine and beer trails. With ample parking and a large dining room table, this is the ideal spot to host a gathering with extended family and friends, perfect for shared meals and game nights!

Great place, excellent stay!

We are glad we rented the farmhouse for our family get together. We were a party of 6 and we had ample room. The place is very well maintained and we had no issues. We even go to see fireflies at night! Highly recommend the farmhouse!

Family and tractor show trip

Beautiful house, great location to Canandaigua, Naples and Livonia. Communications with Ben and Cara were seamless. Our 1st house fell through on Monday with a 48 hour notice, they took our request and helped us out. They helped make an amazing week with family. I highly recommend the house as well as the couple for their communications.

Finger-lakes Farmhouse

Though our family was in NY for a funeral, we couldn’t have dreamed of a better location to stay! Ben and Cara are top-shelf hosts, creating a perfect home away from home for all. Multiple, roomy bedrooms & bathrooms, creature comforts including welcome basket, coffee & creamer, a huge property with walking trails, fire pit, pool… You can’t go wrong with this one!! Enjoy, we did!

Girls Getaway

Location was perfect for a little spa enjoyment, shopping, great restaurants and just chilling at the Farmhouse. Our group of four each had our own room, and 3 bathrooms which is perfect for a group of women. Ben and Cara's special touches included snacks, coffee set-up and a warm, welcoming card and sign. Like a ranch of my own

Stayed with my wife, 3 children, and mom in law, very comfortable, everyone had their own space, over plenty of space/field, excellent setup, all of us wish we were staying longer. We took a 2 hr drive to Niagara Falls and other days checked out close state parks. When we come by area again definitely will check for availability first. All was enjoyed.

Fabulous Farmhouse!

Beautiful picturesque spacious farmhouse ! The beds, furniture, interior design and amenities were top notch. The grounds were beautiful and would highly recommend for a family or a girls weekend. Will definitely be a return customer on my next Finger Lakes excursion! Was sorry we didn’t have more time there to enjoy the pool, s’mores, and trails. I’ll be back! Thank you so much!

Loved this Property!

Our family had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful farmhouse. From the moment we walked in the door, we felt right at Home! It was cozy, quaint and ample room for us all. The little notes and signs & treats Ben and Cara left were such a thoughtful personal touch! The house and land were perfectly maintained and we had all the amenities and activities to make for a wonderful time. The kids LOVED the millions of fireflies at night by the fire, and we enjoyed exploring the properties’ many trails! We made lots of great family memories here and hope to be back one day soon!

A lovely Getaway

We had an amazing week of exploring all the amenities that Canandaigua lake has to offer. The house was a perfect getaway for us; it provided a ton of pace for the kids to run, a pool to relax and play in, and a campfire to roast marshmallows. Ben and Cara were attentive to any questions that arose and were very easy to talk to. They provided a cute welcome package for making s’mores and had a lovely sign making us all feel like welcome guests in their home. The large kitchen was perfect for cooking family style meals, and we were close enough to get ice cream or some wine from the local establishments. A truly lovely experience

Fantastic!!

We came up to tour some wineries/breweries for my birthday, and see some family who also live close by in Rochester. We stayed from 8/28-9/1 and had a really great time! Ben & Cara are superb hosts! The house is VERY clean and well maintained and they answered any question we had (even something as simple as “how far is Costco?”) We never contacted them during our stay because we didn’t need to. Plenty of supplies (toilet paper, etc) already provided as well as linens on the beds, shampoo, body wash…basically anything a hotel would provide is provided for you. There’s plenty of parking too! Thanks again for a terrific stay and for being such great hosts! We would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful property!

We loved the house. It is extremely well equipped - better than most places we've rented. Very spacious, clean, and comfortable. The pool was a big hit with the 7 year old. And the property is just so beautiful. Lots of open space, a fire pit, trails. Truly a relaxing spot. And yet it's so close to town, restaurants, grocery stores, etc... We really enjoyed the area as well - visited a winery, a brewery and a cidery, and a surprisingly good water park, all within 15 or 20 minutes of the house. Communication with the property managers was quick and easy as well. I highly recommend this property!

Family Weekend Retreat

We had a great experience staying at the hillside farm house. The farmhouse was so comfortable! Everyone commented how comfortable the beds were and the sound machines were such a nice feature. Ben and cara made us feel so welcomed. They had great local recommendations and we had the best time!!

A great house in a fabulous location!

Our group of 7 friends stayed in this great house in early October. The home is well-equipped for cooking, playing games, or gathering in the living room, dining room, den or porch for catching up. The grounds are lovely and so well-maintained! There are paths to explore and a fire pit with surrounding chairs. One day we drove to Naples and went to Joseph’s Market (grape pie!) and Roots for lunch. We went into Canandaigua to poke around and walk through the City parks on the lakefront. We enjoyed wine tasting at Heron Hills, which is a lovely property and so close to the house. Bristol Ski Resort is just down the road on the way to Naples. We didn’t have time to do a gondola ride but it would be lovely this time of the year! I highly recommend this lovely farmhouse in a beautiful location!

Amazing getaway

This farmhouse is spectacular. The location within the finger lakes is great as well as everything in the house. Clean, comfortable beds, spacious for multiple guests and a lot of room on the grounds to explore/walk around. The owners were excellent in their communication and do the little things that some rentals do not. I highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Country Home

This is a beautiful, well-equipped home near many breweries, restaurants, etc. The house has a pool and is very large for families or groups to stretch out in and enjoy. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely Farmhouse

We had a wonderful time at this farmhouse! We were 3 adult couples on a family reunion, and found the property provided the perfect amount of space for our group. We particularly appreciated the small outdoor patio under the vines off the dining room - perfect for drinks before dinner, and also the porch for morning coffee. We also of course loved the pool and the network of paths on the property. Beautiful vistas and the location was perfect for many varied day trips (wine tasting, hikes, and kayaking to name a few). Bedrooms were comfortable for everyone in our party, but be aware that traffic noise from route 20 was audible and somewhat bothersome late evening and early morning, though not enough to keep anyone awake. Would definitely recommend this property, and would love to come back should we find ourselves back in this area.

Amazing stay at beautiful farmhouse

First thing first ! I don’t take the time to write reviews ! So if you are reading this then it’s worth it ! This was an amazing experience for myself and family ! The location is perfect ! I did spend some time doing tourist attractions about 30 minutes away visiting wineries and breweries ( I know you feel sorry for me ) however my most memorable experience was spending time at the house enjoying the views , the pool , the trails , the bonfire and making s’mores that our gracious host was so kind of them to leave us to prepare! Looking up at the constellation of stars from the deck was memorizing ! The cozy feel of and layout of the outside deck was perfect for morning coffee that again was so easy to make with the the provisions provided by the coffee station ! The kitchen layout was perfect and was easy to use. The breweries that are 5 minuetes away were my personal favorite ! Great activities and food and beer !! Thank you so much Ben and Cara for your hospitality and Letting us enjoy your beautiful farmhouse ! If you are looking for a finger lake house to spend time at and just soak in the relaxation of just getting away ! Stop searching and book this place !

Beautiful Farmhouse

Our stay at the farmhouse was just perfect. The only negative part is that our stay was too short! We'll book a longer stay next time. Ben and Cara - the owners - were very responsive to questions throughout the entire process. Our experience was definitely five stars!!!
