It is located in the heart of Levallois-Perret, a quiet town with a "village" spirit and highly sought after just a few steps from Paris. The many nearby transport options offer you a choice for your travels: Paris 6 minutes away, La DĂ©fense in 10 minutes
Access is secure, as is the parking under the building, you will be warmly welcomed by my son who lives next door and will be able to advise you in order to optimize your days

Bathed in light, located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, the unobstructed view and its large furnished balcony-terrace equipped with electric shutters and blinds, ensure you a quality stay. The interior, carefully decorated, is warm and will fill you with well-being.
The entrance distributes all the rooms.
The living room, with its large windows and fireplace, invites you to relax with its leather recliners, its chic and practical furniture for 6 people. The sofa bed has a Simmons mattress ensuring comfortable nights.
High-speed fiber wifi is free to access and the large television gives you access to our Netflix subscription
The spacious bedrooms offer comfortable beds, suitable lighting and large closets
The shower room is elegant with its large cabin and vanity unit.
