Welcome to our beautiful apartment rated 4 stars by the prefecture! It is located in the heart of Levallois-Perret, a quiet town with a "village" spirit and highly sought after just a few steps from Paris. The many nearby transport options offer you a choice for your travels: Paris 6 minutes away, La Défense in 10 minutes
Access is secure, as is the parking under the building, you will be warmly welcomed by my son who lives next door and will be able to advise you in order to optimize your days
This accommodation combines elegance and comfort to offer you an unforgettable stay.
Bathed in light, located on the 4th and last floor with elevator, the unobstructed view and its large furnished balcony-terrace equipped with electric shutters and blinds, ensure you a quality stay. The interior, carefully decorated, is warm and will fill you with well-being.

The entrance distributes all the rooms.
The living room, with its large windows and fireplace, invites you to relax with its leather recliners, its chic and practical furniture for 6 people. The sofa bed has a Simmons mattress ensuring comfortable nights.

Clean and I’m a great area

They are a lot of eateries nearby as well as a large mall. All within 2 miles of this apartment. There is also a train right behind the apartment which made it easy to travel in and out of town. This apartment was perfect for me and my family and has great WiFi. I would recommend staying here to anyone.

Nice apartment

The apartment is spacious enough for four adults. Balcony is a big plus. The location is good, a lot of restaurants and shops nearby. Ms. Piño, the apartment manager, is very friendly and helpful. Only thing is the railway behind the apartment - it is noisy sometimes particularly if the weather is hot and you want to leave the window open to sleep.

The stay was pleasant, the apartment comfortable and very clean. It is close to the station of Clichy, which makes it very comfortable to travel, but at the same time, not pleasant to rest, because the noise of the convoys is constant, especially in the room next to the line. Aside from the noise of the trains, I have nothing more to point out.

This place was well maintained and clean. Very close to cafes, bakeries, groceries, and train station. The owner was very responsive to our questions and needs. The only negative is wish they would take payment through VRBO in order for me to use my credit card. PayPal cost me more and bank transfer is not easily done on my end. Thanks for letting us stay at your property, we enjoyed our visit to Paris! Tbanks, The Brookers

Perfect for 4 people!

As two mothers and daughters travelling together we were very pleased to find this lovely apartment that has two REAL bedrooms (not one bedroom and a pull out in the living room) with two twin beds in each room. It took us a day or so to acclimate to the various transit systems so for future travelers...there is a train station about 2 minutes walk from the apartment, but it is the Transilien line "L" which is not part of ordinary metro. We recommend buying a daily mobilis pass (or weekly if you are there Monday-Friday) for unlimited trips for that day. Mme. Ragot was very responsive to our questions, and the on-site manager Mme. Pinto was very nice and accommodating. The apartment itself is lovely, very clean and very modern. We would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, Clean & Well Stocked

Paris was our third stop on our European vacation. We had agreed to meet he manager at 6:00pm she wasn't waiting for us and we had no key to the apartment or a phone that we could call. We finally saw a lady come out of the building (she spoke English) and we asked her to make some calls for us - she was able to reach the French speaking manager's husband who could not converse with us but tried very hard and the "very nice lady" off the street interpreted for us. We eventually got into the apartment the manager didn't speak English so she had to get the owner's son to come and walk us through the apartment. After a rocky start we settled right in. The train runs right behind the apartment and we really didn't get used to the noise. BUT, the apartment was great, very well stocked, very clean and aside from the train in our backyard it was so handy to get to the metro station and travel where ever we wanted. It was great, just bring ear plugs because truly the location was great with close access to restaurants and the grocery store was about a 15 minute walk to the large one and 5 minutes to the convenient store. It was great to have an elevator for our large heavy luggage. We would definitely rent this apartment again and recommend to others!

Home away from home!

My mom and I were traveling to Paris for 10 days and it was super important to us to rent an apartment in a French speaking neighborhood and to live like a local. This apartment was fantastic. We could hardly go a day without telling each other how much we loved the location and the apartment itself. It took us 10 minutes to get to the Saint Lazare train station in Paris by taking the train located directly behind our apartment. Make sure to buy a book of tickets for the train, as it will make it a little bit cheaper to travel. Everything inside the apartment was in pristine condition - the furniture, floors, kitchen appliances, shower, kitchen utensils, windows, washer/dryer, etc. We only have a few concerns to share regarding our stay. We had a window of two hours to meet Madame (who lives next door) so she could give us the keys. When we arrived it was only a coincidence that she was waiting in the lobby of her building and came out to find us because I could not find her name on the building to ring her. As we had read another review regarding this same concern, we were grateful she found us. Also, we chose to take the metro and the bus to the apartment from Gare du Nord station. Take line 3 to Anatole France station and then the bus to the Clichy Levallois station and you can walk from there. The cost for the metro and bus is 3.60 Euros per person. The taxi wanted to charge us 120 Euros to get to the apartment. Finally, the description says the apartment has air conditioning and ceiling fans and in fact it has neither. The temperature was getting into the 90's when we traveled in June and Madame brought over two portable fans for us. Overall we would love to return to the apartment in a heartbeat. We absolutely loved eating at the kitchen counter, and buying food from the local markets. We found English television stations that we barely watched, so instead reclined on the beautiful leather chairs and read our books. The kitchen was so well stocked we could have prepared any sort of gourmet meal and then enjoyed it on the balcony overlooking the park. The sound of the train behind the apartment did not bother us a bit, and in fact we loved the convenience of getting into the city. The locals were friendly and helpful and we were happy to use our very limited French in the shops and restaurants. The apartment is definitely a place the owner is extremely proud of and takes great pride in taking care of it to the highest of standards.

Merci Robin d'avoir pris le temps de donner votre avis. Je suis désolée que votre rendez vous avec la personne chargée de vous accueillir en mon absence, ait été retardé. Je vous avais indiqué ses coordonnées et son téléphone, pour éviter cela, je dois donc bien insister sur ce point pour les futurs locataires, d'autant plus que chacun attendait de son coté! Sur l'annonce je n'ai pas indiqué que l'appartement a la climatisation, j'ai seulement coché la case "ventilateur de plafond" car c'était la seule option proposant un ventilateur et les miens sont effectivement des ventilateurs à poser. J'ai bien noté ces remarques, très constructives et j'en tiendrai compte. Je suis heureuse que votre séjour chez moi vous ait enchanté et je serais très heureuse de vous y recevoir à nouveau, ainsi que vos amis si vous leur faites part de votre satisfaction. Logement assez exceptionnel par sa qualité : disposition et superficie des pièces, balcon, ameublement, électroménager, vaisselle et ustensiles... il ne manque rien et tout est en parfait état. Nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous et savions que nous pouvions compter sur notre hôte en cas de besoin. De plus nous avons disposé d'une place de parking ce qui est très appréciable à Levallois. Tout cela a contribué à la réussite de notre séjour. Merci

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, sehr gut eingerichtete Küche, großes Bad und viel Stauraum. Der Verwalter war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir können dieses Apartment auf jedem Fall weiterempfehlen.

Appartement très bien situé

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement. Il est très bien situé. La gare est toute proche et on peut se restaurer très facilement. Il est fonctionnel, grand et agréable. Le quartier est calme. Nous avons été très bien accueillis et gardons un bon souvenir de notre séjour à Paris !

Tolle Wohnung mit allem, was man braucht

Wir haben die Wohnung zu viert und mit einem Kleinkind bewohnt und waren sehr zufrieden! Es war gemütlich und sauber, die Einrichtung neu und schön. Der Hauswart und seine Frau waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit, sie sprachen allerdings kaum Englisch (was uns nicht störte). Die Züge sind natürlich laut, aber zur Straße hin ist es leiser, und nachts fuhren sie ein paar Stunden lang nicht. Die Anbindung ist super, man braucht jedoch ein extra Ticket (oder Zeitkarten für alle Verkehrsmittel). Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen!

Sehr schöne, gepflegte Wohnung

Die fünf Sterne wären ohne den Lärm der Züge angemessen. Dafür hat man eine perfekte Anbindung an die Innenstadt und nach Versailles.

Un appartement vraiment très sympa

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement par internet et vraiment, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Il est fidèle aux photos, très bien situé dans un quartier résidentiel. La proximité de la gare est hyper pratique pour se rendre à la gare St Lazare en 10mn par le rer. Le centre Leclerc à 5 mn à pieds est très facile à trouver et bien utile. Nous avons garé la voiture en sous sol et elle n'a pas bougé de la semaine, nous avons tout visité avec le pass navigo de la ratp. Merci à Mme RAGOT pour sa disponibilité et à son fils qui nous a très bien accueilli. Si je devais mettre un petit bémol, c'est qu'on entend malgré l'isolation les trains qui arrivent en gare tôt le matin, mais c'est aussi parce que nous sommes habitués à nous réveiller avec le chant des oiseaux! rien de bien méchant, nous gardons un souvenir très positif de notre séjour et nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Tout simplement charmant

Notre séjour à Levallois-Perret pendant les fêtes de fin d'année était tout simplement charmant. Nous avons adoré l'appartement situé dans un quartier très calme. Pour nous rendre à Paris, nous prenions le train juste derrière qui conduit en plein Paris -Gare Saint-Lazare- en quelques minutes ou nous marchions parfois jusqu'au métro Anatole France (15 mn à pied) pour pouvoir profiter du quartier si bien decoré pour les fêtes, surtout le magnifique Hôtel de ville et ses divertissements de noêl . L'accueil excellent, un appartement très pratique et de très bon goût, un accès facile à Paris, d'excellentes boulangeries, un grand supermarché Leclerc, de très bons restaurants, tout cela à proximité: que demander de plus? Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir fait confiance; nous pensons déjà à notre prochain sejour chez vous!

Séjour à Paris

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine à Paris, appartement idéalement situé pour sa proximité des réseaux ferroviaires. L'accueil a été chaleureux lors de notre arrivée, appartement très propre et confortable, l'on s'y sent comme chez soi: rien ne manque! Toute notre famille a apprécié, encore bravo,endroit à recommander et à retenir. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y revenir à l'occasion.

superbe appartement parfait pour séjour familial

Encore mieux que nous le pensions, cet appartement nous a vraiment séduit. Ameublement moderne et confortable, excellente literie et équipement vraiment complet, le tout extrêmement propre, ont permis des vacances formidables. Transports très proches mettant le centre de Paris à quelques minutes, permettent de laisser la voiture dans le parking de la résidence. Commerces à 2 pas, environnement plaisant, avec un joli jardin en face et un charmant marché à 200m. Accueil très attentif et sympathique, nous y reviendrons certainement pour tous ses avantages

location de grande qualité et bien située

Nous venons de séjourner 1 semaine dans ce superbe appartement et nous n'avons que des compliments à en faire. Sa situation est parfaite pour visiter Paris par les transports publics et surtout il offre un confort rare et une décoration soignée, pour une location de vacances. Tout est prévu pour une famille, les pièces sont grandes et tout est neuf, il y a même un sèche linge. Je le recommande aux personnes recherchant la qualité. Très bon accueil de la part de la responsable, tous commerces dont un Leclerc à proximité
