This property is on point in every detail! It’s clean, beautifully appointed, comes with incredible fresh eggs and bread, games to play, a lake to kayak, northern lights o view and more!!!
Our stay was fantastic! The rental was very clean and comfortable. Host was very responsive. The shed with the lake toys was very clean and well kept. Paddle-boarding on the lake with a clear view of Denali was our favorite part of our vacation!
This place was amazing, had a great view of the lake and mountains. When you arrive you will have homemade bread and fresh eggs from her chickens that run around during the day. Its very peaceful and relaxing. We would 100% stay here again!
This Denali Penthouse is fantastic and we had a great view of Mt Denali right from the balcony on a clear day. The local property Mgr was one of the best we've ever had via many VRBO bookings!
This was such an incredible place to stay! The host greeted us with fresh blueberries and raspberries, there was fresh bread and eggs waiting inside, we were treated to the northern lights, and we saw some beautiful birds through the telescope! The property was gorgeous, the hosts were overly gracious with their hospitality, and we got to see Denali while taking one of their several kayaks out in the lake. It is a must stay if you’re in the area!
The penthouse is a well appointed property with many personal touches. Very quiet. Beautiful view across Scotty Lake. The fresh bread was delicious and the fresh eggs were welcome.
Fantastic views of Scotti Lake and Denali beyond. Great outside covered deck with chairs and grill. The owner was very responsive and helpful. Amazing resin epoxy bathroom floor made of tree branch slices. Hope to be back again.
Your Talkeetna stay should be at Denali Penthouse in Trapper Creek! This VRBO is the gold standard by which all VRBOs should operate. All the comforts of home, modern upgrades, spacious lake front cabin with access to watercrafts. Very gracious and friendly hosts on site. Responsive and supportive service. Thank you for an exceptional stay!
Beautiful views. Host greeted us with fresh homemade bread and farm fresh eggs. Clean with a very unique bathroom floor. There is a telescope to get even better views of Denali. Host is on the same property if you need anything, but also far enough away to give you plenty of privacy.
We enjoyed our time at the lakeside condo! Endless mountain and lake views, even if the clouds kept Denali peak hidden. We loved the beavers, swans, loons and moose (on the roadside)! Kayaks and peddleboat offered us a way to explore the lakeshore. It was fun to watch the neighbors take off and land with their seaplane. Fresh bread and eggs upon arrival were an added touch as well as the dish of prepackaged snacks! Thanks for hosting us at your special place.
We had an amazing stay at this property! Everything was clean, new, well-stocked and comfortable. The property owners thought of every detail to make you comfortable during your stay, to include a fully stocked kitchen with tea, coffee, sugars and creamer, snacks, waters, soaps and lotion in the bathroom, and even an extra fan in the bedroom to keep cool at night. We had an incredible time out on the lake with the kayaks and pedal boat, and loved the view from the property. The goats, chickens and friendly dogs were just another bonus for us! Thank you to the host as well for such a warm welcome with fresh eggs & bread, as well as answering all our questions during our stay. We would highly recommend this property, and plan to return next summer.
The lakeside condo is amazing. Captivating view. Mackenzie is a doll providing fresh bread and eggs and even gave me the recipe for the bread. We didn't take advantage of the lake but next time. Our little one had a blast and it's definitely baby-friendly, with an unexpected baby gate for the stairwell. We were just planning to be hyper vigilant! The condo is super homey and we just loved everything about it. We even saw the Aurora borealis our last night. We would love to come back!
Great property in a quiet town not far from Talkeetna and Denali. Took a flight seeing tour and just enjoyed the area before heading to Fairbanks. Very clean and loved getting to know all the animals. Onsite hosts were quick to address anything we needed. Fresh bread and farm eggs were a nice touch along with the welcome snack basket. For the price the beds and pillows could be updated and some ice in the freezer trays to start out would make it even more perfect. We would love to stay again if we are lucky enough to be in the area. Thank you for the use of your property snd the great hospitality.
Beautiful property and apartment. Would go back if I’m in Alaska again. One thing I would suggest is better reading lights by the couch and chair. Old eyes have trouble without lots of light! Otherwise a fantastic stay all around.
The penthouse was spotless and Makenzie did not miss a single detail while putting it all together from fresh eggs & bread to having kayaks, paddle boards, etc. to enjoy the lake. I could wake up to that view every day! If you’re in the area, you have to stay here!!
One the best houses we have stayed in. The location was stunning over looking Trapper Creek Lake.
Mackenzie is an amazing host. The place was beautifully decorated with special touches. She even left us fresh farm eggs and home made bread. The property over looks Tapper Creek Lake which is amazing and a stunning view of Denali in the way distance. Unfortunately our trip was cut short by a night because of travel delays so we never got to experience the lake. There were paddle boards for use as well as a row boat. I will defiantly come back for a longer stay next time. All in all a wonderful house with so many amenities and really.strong Wi-Fi if you need to be connected.
