Excellent Park City condo location. Walking distance to Park City Mountain Resort ski lifts, beautiful hiking and biking trailheads, and walking distance to Main Street Park City. Free shuttle bus service right outside the condo door. Ride in comfort to Park City down town, Deer Valley, outlet malls and all other area attractions. Hot tub, heated pool and sauna are included and located across the street. Fully equipped kitchen and outdoor gas grill on the deck. You will find comfy beds, couches and large dining table. Washer and dryer are also in the unit.

Janet my host was very communicative, especially when I had a hard time figuring out the electronic lock and it was late at night, so I appreciate that she was easily reachable. The condo is stacked with amenities - cooking materials, spices, many towels, soap and shampoo, cleaning materials. The beds and couches are super comfortable. It's amazing to have a bus stop directly outside and it's such an easy walk to other bus stops and to the grocery store. We had a wonderful time.

Excellent Location to PC Resort

This was an excellent location for our ski vacation. We hopped on the bus at the end of the sidewalk and were at the slopes in about 8 minutes. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well stocked, and the host very responsive.

Perfect Cozy Retreat Near the Slopes!

Janet and Scott’s condo is one of the best VRBOs we’ve ever stayed in. It’s beautifully furnished, incredibly comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. The cozy fireplace made it the perfect place to relax after a day on the mountain, and the location couldn’t be better—just minutes from the slopes. Highly recommend!

Fantastic Family Ski Trip

We had a fantastic time on our ski trip. The condo is in a great location. Well equipped and plenty of space for the 5 of us. I would absolutely stay there again.

Amazing location, wonderful stay!

Exactly as advertised! Great communication from host and perfect location to get to the mountain. Our family had a wonderful time! Definitely recommend for close proximity to town, skiing, and access to the local rec center which our kids loved visiting the pool each afternoon.

Amazing Ski Trip

Excellent property and location walkable to the village and lifts. We thoroughly enjoyed the home and amenities. Property was fully stocked with anything you might need, and hosts went above and beyond to make this an exceptional stay for my family.

Very convenient

The property had plenty of room for our family of 4 and was well equipped. The location was extremely convenient for walking to the slopes. The hot tub right across the street was an added bonus. While we didn't take advantage of the bus service, it was located right outside the front the door as advertised in the listing.

Great condo at excellent location

We really enjoyed our stay and particularly appreciated Janet’s hospitality! The location is most convenient for slope access. The kitchen is well equipped so we ate many evening meals there. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

Comfortable condo in the perfect location.

Being across the street from the clubhouse and hot tub was great. Also the bus stops are right on front of the condo. You really don't need a vehicle.

Perfect Ski Condo!!

We had an excellent stay - the condo was exceptionally well stocked (from kitchen utensils, spices, saran wrap etc to lots of towels and cozy blankets) and the location was perfect - directly across the street from the club house / pool / hot tub, right in front of the (free!) bus stop, and walking distance to the hill. This allowed our teens to be very independent and meant our mixed family group could come and go easily from different activities with no rental car needed. We will definitely stay again! Thank you to our wonderful hosts!

First time family Ski Vacation!

We had a great stay. This was my families first ski trip ever. Great location to skiing park city. Just a short walk to the base of the mountain. I have four kids and this three bed room condo was a perfect fit. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book here again!

Fantastic Condo

The condo was fantastic and exactly as described in the listing. The location cannot be beat! Close walk to the lifts, right on the bus route and across from the rec center. The unit was clean, very well appointed and comfortable. We will stay again.

Great set-up in Park City

We had a wonderful stay in this condo that is perfect if you need three bedrooms near the lifts. The condo was excellent, very clean and incredibly well set up and supplied. The proximity to the main lifts at Park City is hard to beat -- really just a 5'ish minute walk, easy as can be. Janet was great to deal with -- provided us with very clear and thorough information beforehand that made getting there, checking in and getting set up as easy as could be; and she was very responsive to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Cannot recommend this place strongly enough. Thanks Janet for making our vacation terrific!

Perfect location at Park City

We are so thankful for the great communication and wonderful condo. Directly across the street from the pool and hot tub. A short walk to the lifts. The condo is well stocked and the owner was terrific to work with.

Janet and Scott moved to Utah 38 years ago. Janet taught in the Utah school system and Scott works in Aerospace. We live in Northern Utah and we enjoy all things outdoors. We enjoy the Park City area for its history, great people, great food and endless outdoor activities.

This property provides everything you need to make beautiful lasting family memories. Recently updated three bedroom, two bath. It has new leather living room furniture and new king mattresses. It will be your home away from home. You and your family will be safe and comfortable.

What makes this property unique

Location/Location/Location - all amenities are within a short walk. The Cabana/Clubhouse is located directly across the street. It has a heated pool, hot tub, sauna, game room and exercise equipment with a large gathering area and fireplace. Park City Mountain Resort and Park City Main Street with restaurants and shopping are walking distance. If walking is not preferred, the city bus/shuttle is available right outside the door. This excellent system has many routes to the resort, Deer Valley, Main Street, excellent shopping, dining, etc.
