Centrally located in the heart of Siesta Key between The Village and Turtle Beach, you will enjoy a stunning penthouse view of downtown Sarasota over the Sarasota Bay.

The condo has been professionally renovated kitchen and living area with an open floor plan, custom solid wood cabinets and new appliances in the kitchen, ceramic flooring throughout, and custom window coverings. The kitchen offers all the amenities you would expect for an extended stay.

Four guests are comfortably accommodated in two bedrooms — one featuring a king size bed and the other two twin beds — with walk-in closets and full bathrooms. Both bedrooms overlook the lanai with fabulous bay views — you can watch the sunrise over the bay from your bed!

The enclosed lanai runs the full width of the condo and features a cozy daybed (with a pull-out trundle) for sleeping or reading, a bar-height dining table overlooking the Bay where you’ll enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail as you watch the yachts go by, and a comfortable desk and chair for remote working.

The living room offers comfortable seating for relaxing, watching TV, or visiting with friends. You will find new smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms — cable and wifi are included.

The spacious laundry room features an extra large washer and dryer perfect for washing and drying beach towels (provided).

Garage parking is included with one reserved spot for your vehicle near the elevator which takes you directly to this sixth-floor penthouse unit. We provide towels, beach toys, a cooler, and swim noodles, along with a wagon to pull everything in. Peppertree provides 24-hour security.

ABOUT PEPPERTREE:
Peppertree Bay is a Gulf to Bay condominium complex on 16 tropical acres that provides access to both the powdery beaches of Crescent Beach and the Bay. The property is family-friendly and boasts an abundance of amenities including two heated pools, two clubhouses for entertaining, beach side and bay side picnic areas with gas grills, a fishing pier on the bay, a fitness room with sauna, and tennis and pickleball courts. Free wireless internet access is available in all the clubhouse and pool areas. The meticulously maintained tropical landscaping on the grounds include ponds, fountains, pools, walking paths, and respite from the hot Florida sun.

Private, deeded beach access is an easy 5-minute walk from the condo. Peppertree provides lounge chairs for all guests on the beach. Crescent Beach is a beach walker’s paradise — walk an easy mile south to Point of Rocks or head north for a 5-mile round trip walk along the beach to Big Pass on the northern point.

Incredible restaurants, bars, recreation, and the public beach are within walking distance or short a ride from a number of local free ride services — Siesta Key Trolly, Jonny’s Original Free Ride, Siesta Key Free Ride, Sun Ride Pedicabs, and others (just remember to tip your driver). The Trolly stop is right outside our building!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
The resort does not permit weekly or nightly rentals so we are only able to offer our condo on a monthly basis. This policy ensures a quality experience for our guests who appreciate an upscale experience and opportunities to mingle with full-time residents.
