Enjoy the island life from this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath Siesta Key condo. Featuring an open floor plan and a private balcony, this inviting retreat is perfect for relaxing and taking in the tropical scenery. Guests also have access to a fitness room, outdoor pools, and beach access. Located near Siesta Key’s beautiful beaches, shops, restaurants, and plenty of wonderful entertainment, this condo offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and island charm.

Bedroom 2 - Queen,
Bedroom 3 - Queen
Living Room, Kitchen, Dining Area, Partial View Balcony, Shared Pool, and Beach Access.

The Location:
- Beach Access on Site
- 2.6 Miles to Siesta Key Village
- Property entrance less than 100 Feet from Crescent Village
- Shared Pool on Site or 2.6 Miles to Partner Property Pool Access
- 0.1 Miles to local free trolley stop.
Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!


Important things to note:
- We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. No garage parking.
- No boats, motorcycles, golf carts, oversized or lifted trucks, RV’s, personal watercraft or any and all trailers are permitted to park on the premises.
- Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
- Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.

We had a great stay and enjoyed the beautiful condo. It was in good condition. We loved the layout, with the primary bedroom and bath on one end and the other bedrooms and bath on the other. Loved the kitchen and bar areas. Great views from both balconies.

Spacious, clean, and well-equipped!

We had a lovely stay at this property! It was exactly as described in the listing—clean, spacious, and stocked with great amenities that made our trip really comfortable. The condo had everything we needed and was clearly well cared for.The only hiccup was the check-in process. We had to do an after-hours check-in, and unfortunately, we didn’t receive the codes to get into the property by the time we were told we would. We were also told that additional check-in information would be sent later, but that never came through. That said, once we were in, everything else was smooth sailing. I would absolutely recommend this place! My family and I plan to return in the future!
