Highly desirable stunning property in Palm Springs Elite Chino Canyon. Very Private. This newly remodeled modern home features large open concept front room with large granite Fireplace flanked by 2 -16 foot sliding glass doors. Doors open to lush green back yard and newly remodeled pool and spa. See You tube Video in photos section. From this hillside location there is a great view of downtown Palm Springs. 75" Sony flat screen with oversize modular couch is awesome. TV's are Internet only access. City ID 3787, 12.5% TOT tax is added separately to any reservation that is less than 29 days. TOT permit 7751. You must be over 25 to rent and will be required to submit and show ID on check in, a signed rental agreement is required, sent separately after your VRBO confirmation. Per City of PS, any violation of PSVR rental rules and subsequent fine imposed, you will be fined a minimum of $1,000 for 1st violation, subsequent violations are $2,000 and grounds for immediate eviction.
Pool heating is available for $115 per day, recommended from October to May. Advance notice recommended as it takes 6 hours to heat heated temp ranges from 81-85 Degrees.
Dogs - we love dogs and welcome up to 2 dogs, under 45 lbs @ $25 each per night
Cameras - there is camera outside front door, in parking area and at pool equipment, these are required by our insurance carrier

Just a fantastic place. Great location just a few minutes from downtown, and a short walk to a nice trailhead. Great views of the mountains and over the valley. Lots of architecturally noted houses in the neighborhood. A lot of Palm Springs rentals can seem a bit worn around the edges when you actually get there. This is did not. Everything was in perfect condition. We stayed there with two other couples and we’re already talking about coming back next year.

The house was just as it was advertised! Love the “Little Tuscany” neighborhood. Sadly the pool heater went out on us so we were not able to enjoy the spa or pool as much as we would like during our stay. While I understand this is not something that was foreseeable it really did make a big impact on our trip as they were not able to fix it. Heating money and some of the nightly rate were refunded but that process was not enjoyable. The rest of the place was great and well appointed. Bob checked us in and was very nice! Location and view were amazing but bring bug spray as we encountered some mosquitoes! Also the furniture was very comfortable and the kitchen was great!

Host was responsive to questions before during and after our stay. House was perfect for our family at Christmas. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking and while we didn’t use the pool, we enjoyed the hot tub every night. The neighborhood is beautiful with so much history look up who has owned, lived or lived in the Little Tuscany neighborhood, it’s very interesting. The home Elvis bought in 1970 is right across the way and the view from the kitchen! There are several seating areas, and the fireplace offers nice ambiance in the cooler months. We’re frequent visitors to Palm Springs and definitely recommend this home.

Thanksgiving delight

We had a fabulous stay at this property. Everything was immaculate. The location was wonderful. The kitchen was spacious and airy and we had everything we needed to prepare a family Thanksgiving dinner and relax by the pool. We would stay here again next time we are in Palm Springs.

Perfection in the desert!

A with this one...we spent two weeks at this MCM gem and really wish we could have stayed longer! The beautifully appointed home has everything you need for a great vacation and the property has stunning views of the valley from the lovely backyard pool and spa. Easy access to everything in Palm Springs--downtown for shopping and dining and hiking right down the street. This is a special home!

Chino Canyon beauty

My wife and I had a wonderful stay along with 2 of my siblings and their spouses. The house is beautiful and met all of our expectations. There were a couple of minor glitches which the property manager (Bob) was quick to respond and fix. All in all, I would highly recommend this property.

Loved our stay!

We stay in Palm Springs a couple times a year and this was one of our favorite rentals! The rooms were large and the master bathroom is a dream! We loved that there was an additional master suite. Perfect for our two families. Our 4 and 3 year old loved the open space and the kitchen was beautiful and fully stocked. Wonderful experience. Will definitely stay again.

Beautiful home in tranquil neighborhood

Ideal home for families. This home is an entertainer's dream! Beautiful layout and very spacious. The neighborhood is ideal for hikers, walkers & bicyclists. The pool & hot tub was a huge hit with our family, a bit extra to heat but worth it! Lots of great activities nearby, downtown is just a few miles away. Close to bars & restaurants but far enough away (if that makes any sense?) We'd love to stay in this home again.

Beautiful property with mountain views and palm trees

House is very spacious, both inside and out. The photos don't do justice to the space. Plenty of areas to work and relax. Close to hiking trails ( walk up the road) and downtown Palm Springs. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen is large and would be great for families. We loved the pool area and especially the spa. Beautiful views from every angle!

Fantastic Stay

This house is perfect, from the beautiful setting and excellent location to the stunning well maintained interior and pool/spa/gardens. The property is incredibly private and calming. Sitting in the spa at night looking at the stars above and the city lights below was a wonderful way to wind down the day. It was just what we were looking for and we enjoyed our month at this house so much that we decided to buy a place nearby. Peter (the owner) and Bob (the property manager) were totally responsive the few times we needed them. I could not recommend this bit of paradise more highly!

Desert oasis

The main rooms are bigger than they appear in pictures, house is well stocked and comfortable. Neighborhood is private and location unique with a view of the valley. Peter and Bob are fantastic host and property manager. If you’re on the fence debating to rent this listing, don’t hesitate as it’ll likely surpass your expectations as it did ours.

Relaxing private getaway

We loved our stay at Little Tuscany! Very friendly and responsive ownership and management. Very clean, comfortable and spacious, with everything needed onsite ti be self-sufficient. Check in and check out was a little onerous, but relatively reasonable. The spa controls should be repaired and or upgraded, but that’s just being nitpicky. Reserve with confidence and relax!

Exceptional Stay

Not sure where to start to let all of you know what a beautiful property this is. First, the pictures here do not do this property justice. The living space is spacious with many separate areas to gather or read a book and feel alone. The kitchen is laid out wonderfully for many cooks to work together. The spices are abundant! The outside space is very comfortable with beautiful views, sunsets as well as sunrise are spectacular. The location can not be beat hiking trails are right up the street. Town is a 5 min drive / or bike. wouldn't want to stay in any other area. Just lovely hope to be back soon!

Rest and Fun in Sunny Palm Springs

We all had a lovely time staying in this house. It fit our needs perfectly. The location was wonderful - we took full advantage of walking the beautiful neighborhood and hiking on the desert mountain trails above us. We walked into town to get coffee and breakfast as well. It was peaceful, quiet, and the pool and jacuzzi were great. The house was well appointed, and casually elegant. It had everything we needed to have an amazing stay. We will definitely be back. Peter, the owner was great and helpful at every turn. Bob, the property manager was also great - so helpful and friendly. We highly recommend!

What a view!

Owner Peter and property manager Bob are exceptional hosts. The home and neighborhood are beautiful and near hiking trailheads and several restaurants on the north side of downtown. 1501 Uptown Gastropub, Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey, and Shop(pe) Ice Cream are a short walk away. Beware that Palm Springs has enacted a very strict noise ordinance for short-term rentals. See the city’s “Good Neighbor Brochure” online. No outside noise or music at any time. If you seek peace and quiet and a gorgeous property and view, this place is for you.

Tucked away up in Chino Canyon, It's an exclusive neighborhood, very quiet and very private. The Elvis Presley estate is across the Street and the Fredric Lowe estate is next door. The Iconic Mid century "Edris" House is just 4 houses up the hill. There are 4 great Hikes you can take, all start just minutes from the house.
