Excellent location, clean, spacious, comfortable beds, convenient washer and dryer and dishwasher. Towel and bed linen service appreciated, not a problem making our own beds. Hot water was plentiful, although we did not attempt to use the tub. Could have used a desk in a bedroom for privacy while working. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. Deck's sliding door handle/lock was broken - hopefully they can fix that ASAP. Thank you!

Everything was perfect, and the location was just amazing. Clean everything, and a very comfortable place to stay. The host was gracious and responsive, and we would definitely stay here in the future!

A few things need to be repaired like downstairs bathroom shower door does not close properly and water leaks out on floor. Upstairs hall bathroom tub drains very slow and sliding glass door handle needs to be replaced.

Pros: Messaging host back and forth was timely and great customer service. Great location, Very spacious. Nicely decorated. Overall clean! Loved the patio set.Cons: over grown tree so we couldnt see the whole view sitting on patio which is something we like to do. Overgrown tree by stairs.Main bedroom tv didnt work even after maintenance came.Washer didn't work correctly for us. On beds the comforter and blanket that you dont put in pile to wash at end of stay were stained. We just threw the clean sheets that we were given on top of all that. Not sure when the last time they were replaced and clean. Overall would love to stay here again!!

The condo was as advertised and included the towel/sheet package. The location was excellent—just one block from the boardwalk and very convenient for families.Unfortunately, the unit was not particularly clean upon arrival and was barely stocked with toiletries and kitchen supplies. The floors were dirty enough that our socks quickly turned black with dirt and lint. This was especially concerning with two toddlers playing on the floor and disappointing given the cleaning fee.After we contacted the management team, Michelle responded promptly, apologized, replaced a broken Keurig, restocked the unit with needed supplies, and mopped the floors. We appreciated her efforts and responsiveness.We were told that management would follow up regarding our concerns, but more than a week later we have yet to receive any response.Overall, the location was a major positive, and Michelle's prompt assistance was appreciated. However, the cleanliness issues, lack of basic supplies upon arrival, a non-functioning dishwasher, and lack of follow-up from management detracted significantly from the experience.

It is a convenient location and the rental has a great open layout. I was disappointed in items not functioning properly. The sofabed didn't pull out as should so the kids couldn't use it like a bed. Instead, they had to all sleep on the couch itself. There were not extra blankets/pillows to be used on the sofabeds/couches. Since it was advertised for sleeping space, it would be expected to have supplies for them as well. The hot water did not last long enough for everyone to shower, so we had to do day/night rotations. It also did not stay hot enough to fill the jacuzzi tub that was in the master bedroom. The dishwasher had a broken part so only the upper rack would clean. We ended up inconveniently hand washing dishes for 7 people every meal throughout the vacation. A few broken items in the unit. I contacted the management company, who gave the option to repair during our 4 night stay, OR not, so we were not interrupted. We chose not to, but with the list of items and pics we sent to the management company, its highly unlikely these "just" broke before we checked in. One or two inconveniences don't make much difference, but an accumulation gets annoying when you're on vacation with a group. As far as convenience, the location was perfect! Easy walks to boardwalk ad beach and short drives to supermarkets/restaurants/activities.

This place had plenty of room and the host was excellent and very responsive. I would highly recommend staying here. Great location near the beach and boardwalk, with a lot in walking distance.
