It was perfect! Clean, the shower was nice, the mattress was comfortable, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, more than enough towels, and thank for providing chairs to take to the beach. Our favorite evening place was the tiki bar in the harbor, a five minute drive. Siesta Key and Lido are both about a 15 minute drive. Close to many restaurants and downtown Sarasota. We had a great stay!

Definitely a must stay in Sarasota. Great, friendly neighbourhood in Arlington Park. Ten minutes from downtown and beaches and less than 5 minutes to all necessary amenities. Fully fenced in quiet safe walking neighborhood. Thank you Katy great host cheers.

Great Location Near Sarasota Downtown

This guesthouse was the perfect location, within walking distance to Southside Village, Sarasota Memorial Hospital, and Arlington Park. My husband and I also enjoyed running to the Legacy Path and Payne Park. Bayside Park, downtown Sarasota, and Lido Beach are only minutes away by car. The house was neat and clean. Thanks for a fun time in Sarasota, Katy!

As Advertised

We needed a place that was near another family member and this was super convenient and close to all the area amenities. We didn't spend too much time other than sleeping, so our perspective might be a little bit limited. But a good value for the money and we enjoyed the stay.

Quiet Neighborhood

We picked this stay due to its location to our friends who live Siesta Key. It was a 15 min drive to Siesta Key beach and our friend’s home. It was the first time we spent anytime in Sarasota and we enjoyed exploring the downtown area. The quiet neighborhood was nice especially at night for sleeping. James was quick to respond to any questions I had.

A nice retreat

This is a cute little one bedroom with a full kitchen, washer/dryer and a wonderful little private backyard. Close to beaches and everything else Sarasota has to offer. We picked up my mom, from her retirement community, and had her over for dinner one night. She thought it was lovely too. Very much recommended!
