This 1947 charmer, is perfectly located in the heart of Sarasota, equally placed between Siesta Key and St. Armand's Circle. Sleeping up to 9 people comfortably, there is plenty of room both inside and outside to appeal to everyone in the family. With a fully fenced in yard all are welcome including those friendly furry family members. VR24-00242

Great location for all we wanted to do in Sarasota and Siesta Key. The house was neat and clean and had a very homey feel. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. The pool area was private and enjoyable! We enjoyed our stay!

We loved the place, it was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the amazing pool. The house was furnished with everything we needed. The TVs were large and the internet was good. Appliances were updated and clean. The new grill with supplies was a bonus. Easy access to downtown, parks, beaches, shopping, restaurants, and bike trails. Communication was exceptional. We would recommend this property to friends.

Excellent Vacation

Cute Spot

We really enjoyed the layout with the master space being a little separate (we had a baby with us). Having 2 sitting areas was great too. Convenient location and a quiet street. Had everything we needed from towels, dish soap, utensils, trash bags, etc. The pool was great. We liked that it had some shade so we weren't in the sun the whole time we were in the pool.

Great location in the city House is set up great for guests with about a 50/50 split on each side has own bath and living area. Bring a speaker for pool area. As the construction noise is loud. New four story building overlooks the back yard maybe the trees will grow up soon to block it. If you have an issue with falling this home has several trip hazard from remodeling. The hall has a 2 inch drop near back bathroom. The kitchen has 1/2 inch from living room and the steps going out of kitchen to back living area are small. Not a deal breaker but nice to know. We stayed about 44 days and got used to it. The pool was heated perfect but since there is not a cover plan to clean leaves out every day it’s a nice calming activity. Neighborhood is “up and coming “ so there are lots of older run down homes along with this nice remodel and some new homes replacing older ones. We felt safe walking around and the people we met were nice. The legacy trail is about a mile away so bring your bike and take the trail 40 mile round trip to Venice. Der-Dutchman restaurant is next to trail had a couple meals there and food was good . Overall this home was a good choice for us.
