Peaceful Townhouse Just Steps from the shore

Stay here for your next beach vacation! Whether you are seeking a romantic getaway for two, or a multi-family reunion, choose this calming townhouse in Panama City Beach, FL for an experience that will keep you coming back year after year. King master bedroom, and Guest bedroom has 2 full beds in a bunk and a full size trundle, and the living room has a gel foam sofa-bed. We provide: 5 adult and 2 child sized beach camp-style chairs, a beach mat, beach umbrella, beach towels, beach bag, a beach cooler, and some sand toys. We also provide travel sized toiletries if needed. Access to the beach is just 400 steps (3-4 minute walk) from our home with free public beach access through R. Seltzer Park with public restrooms available (driving is also an option as there is a parking lot at the park if you are unable to walk the 400 steps). Feel free to bring your golf cart or boat if you have them. Or we do have a golf cart available for you to rent for additional fees. The whole house is yours. No common areas. Back yard is privacy fenced in and has a fire pit and year round backyard lighting. The neighborhood does have boat ramps for putting in at the bay and you can drive in the boat from the bay through the shipping channel to the beach side.

The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
All entry/exit doors to be locked any time guests leave the house.
Empty all trash cans and place all trash in outdoor trash bin before leaving on last day. Trash is picked up on Mondays and Thursdays.
Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and run it prior to leaving for housekeeping to put away.

Lovely place

The home was lovely. Short walk to the beach, convenient to all restaurants and St. Andrews Park. We didn't have to deal with any of the bad traffic on Front Beach Rd. The owner put a lot of care into getting the room ready. There were so many beach necessities and other misc supplies stocked that it felt like home.

such a great place and location

Everything was amazing, and it was exactly as it looks in the photos. The house was super clean and very well equipped, the beach supplies provided were also soo nice to have, it felt like home away from home. The beach and plenty of places to eat are super close by. we walked to Finn's for coffee in the morning and Liza's kitchen just up the block is a must stop, the food was amazing.
