The condo was very comfy for my family of 6 , had everything we needed , pellet stove kept us warm and the condo was walking distant to the snow , host responded quickly as well , this was my first vbro rental, beats staying in a small hotel

This cottage was very clean and well located to the wedding venue we attended. It was comfortable / welcoming for all who stayed here. It is well priced as well.

Great vacation in Bear Valley

This property is conveniently located in the Bear Valley community and was a perfect place for us to stay for skiing, snowboarding, and snow tubing. The owner Chuck was super responsive and on top of any issues. We definitely look forward to returning again some day!

Great place to crash for a few days. Close to Lake Alpine where we recreated. Chuck was great communicator. It's an older building but comfortable.

Great condo in Bear Valley

Perfect size for our group of 6 people, you can probably fit 8 people too. Having stayed in multiple different condos in Bear Valley in winter, we can say that the heating in this condo is top: pellet stove in the living room, good electric heaters in the bedrooms.

Perfect condo!

We really enjoyed our stay at Chuck and Mimi’s condo. It was a great place for our family and we were able to spread out comfortably. Chuck was easy to communicate with and prompt with all inquiries. I would highly recommend this sweet spot at Bear Valley!

Great stay

Chuck was helpful with all questions regarding chains and snow shoveling. Me and my family had a great Christmas at this cabin.The cabin had board games and all supplies we needed.I would recommend to anyone the pic’s don’t do justice way better in person.

Good location for price

We stayed at this location for our first weekend trip to Bear Valley. We were two families so four adults and three kids under 10. The kids had a blast exploring the levels and playing hide and seek. The place is a bit dated but was completely functional for our ski weekend. The location was ideal for the ski resort. Owner requests were reasonable. Pots and pans could use an upgrade but otherwise kitchen was furnished with everything we needed. We would stay again.

Excellent location for winter activities.

Great location for winter skiing and snow activities. Has private parking which avoids the often crowded public parking areas. Easy access to highway, local stores and lodge. Kids were able to play in the snow and sled right outside (due to large snow pack). Only problem we had was we couldn't get the downstairs TV to work (problem with the remote), but we didn't need it any way. Some what dated kitchen, but still functional.

Excellent Location

Property Owner was very kind to stay in touch with us and make sure we arrived and were safe for the week. We were very grateful that the power stayed on through the entire Blizzard of 2023. Amazing amounts of snow. Everything we needed was available at the Condo. We brought our own food and were able to make all meals in house. We built a snowman and an igloo with all of the available snow! Overall, an amazing trip and a memorable experience.

Great location! Enough space for family of 8. Kitchen needs baking pans and pyrex for cooking- otherwise good! It was very cold and a lot of snow, but stayed warm and cozy inside. Only issue was the condo complex plow person-- not very friendly when we had to load my elderly mother into the truck. Otherwise stay was great! Thank you, Chuck!

Great location!

I wasn’t to sure when we first got to the property, it’s nothing fancy, but by the second day, I loved it, the beds were comfortable, the place was clean and it was very homey! I didn’t feel like I was going to ruin the carpets with the snow on my boots! The location to Bear Valley ski resort was great! Chuck was very communicative, which I was grateful for! We had an issue with power, but in the sierras that is to be expected, and he was great with communication about that as well. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Needs Remodeling

I am very pleased with the property manager. Chuck is very accessible and provided all the info in a timely manner. On the other hand, the property itself needs to be renovated. Everything is pretty old. In addition, the place was not as clean as I would expect to see it. Some things were missing. For example, there was no hair dryer in the place.
