Welcome to our 3 bedroom apartment,

Located on the first floor (without an elevator), you'll find every comfort: space, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, a dishwasher, Wi-Fi, and more.

The apartment features one bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed, a second bedroom with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower, and a kitchen opening onto the living/dining room with a television.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stovetop, oven, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine, and kettle.



Access



The apartment is fully equipped. Bed linens and bathroom towels are provided, and you will have access to the complete accommodation.

Keys will be given to you in our office, Bnb Groom Services. We can also organize a check in on site depending on your arrival time and our availability. Don't hesitate to share you arrival information as soon as you have it.

Neighborhood



The apartment is located in a quiet residential area on the hills above St Sylvestre. Shops are nearby.

Bus and tram will quickly take you to the city center. Place Masséna is a 20-minute tram ride away. Restaurants, bars, and shops await you there, all just steps from Old Nice and the Port...not to mention the beach and the Promenade des Anglais.



Transit



Access to accommodation from the airport is possible by tram: take the line n°2 in direction of Port Lympia and stop at Jean Médecin. Journey takes only 30 minutes and then you can take the line 1 until the stop Gorbella. It is 700m away.

You can also ask us to arrange a private car transfer from the airport to the apartment.

Train station « Nice Ville » is 20 minutes away by tram, allowing you to discover Antibes, Cannes, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even to go in Italy easily.

You can also access the apartment by car and park in the adjacent streets depending on availability.





IMPORTANT - RULES OF PROCEDURE :



For security reasons, before arrival an online check-in should be completed via our Yaago application in which the person in charge of the booking should provide identity document.



The accommodation should be returned in a suitable state of use, respecting the premises, the neighborhood, as well as basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.



Parties and noisy evening gatherings are not allowed.

Smoking isn’t allowed inside.



Non-compliance with these instructions may result in a deduction from the deposit or cancellation of the stay.
