If you are looking for spacious accommodation to accommodate your family and allow you to easily discover the city on foot, our apartment will meet your expectations.



You will be located in the heart of the city at the entrance to Old Nice and its pretty colorful streets, the apartment also overlooks the Tramway line (line 1) and the magnificent Coulée Verte park.



The apartment is on the 4th floor without elevator, fully air-conditioned, it is arranged as follows:

- You enter directly into the living room composed of: a living room with two sofas, TV, free wifi connection, a dining area & a fully equipped open kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, washing machine -dishes, Nespresso coffee maker, kettle etc…)

- The entrance corridor leads on the right to a spacious bathroom with bathtub, WC, sink, & laundry area with washing machine

- On the other side it opens onto a small balcony with a view of the Parc de la Coulée Verte then serves the two bedrooms

- Indeed, this apartment is more suitable for a family because the bedrooms are adjoining, we have to go through the child's bedroom with the two bunk beds to get to the master bedroom with a standard size double bed.



Its privileged location will allow you to live in the rhythm of the Riviera, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais for sunbathing, & in the immediate vicinity of the food shops and the Cathédrale Vieille Ville tram stop (150m).



Bed and bath linen are provided by a professional service provider, as well as welcome products for your arrival (small soaps, coffee).



The products at your disposal are indeed welcome products, to allow you to arrive with complete peace of mind. However, we cannot guarantee that they will be sufficient for the entire duration of your stay. It depends on your personal consumption.
