It was one of the nicest places we have stayed at. A really nice place and has everything you need. It is a perfect location between Deer Valley and Park City. The shuttle service was right out front, super nice and easy to use. And, having an enclosed garage was so niiice and I was easily able to fit my crew cab long bed pick up in it!We are a couple senior citizens, so having to carry our luggage up the stairs from the garage (no elevator)was a little taxing, but most people would have no problem doing that. Master bedroom bed was too soft for me although my wife liked it. Had some trouble with the tv remote control upstairs, but probably because we are tech illiterate. So, other than the "senior" related problems, we had a great first trip to Deer Valley/Park City. Our host, Luke, was responsive and helpful. Thanks!!
Communication was good. Place was clean, welcoming and close to the center of town. So convenient and great to have garage parking. There are many steps so not accessible for people with disabilities. We did have a difficult time fitting two people on the queen bed. It seems small, and has many base layers under the mattress, so it wobbles a lot unless just one person sleeps on it. Plumbing amenities are also a bit outdated. The twin bedroom faucet was broken when we arrived. But host sent a plumber the next day and it was fixed! Thanks for a good stay and accommodating attitude!
We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. If this were my home I would change the queen bed. When you get in it, you feel like your feet are above your head. It is very bouncy to the point it is hard for 2 people to sleep in it. We did appreciate the variety of mattress types in the twin beds. Over all we truely enjoyed our stay.
It's location is awesome, it took us less than 10 minutes to walk to the town lift! Hot tub is nice and large place was clean and roomy! Thanks for such an awesome pad we will be back!
Walk out the door and catch the bus to Deer Valley, cross the street and catch the bus to Park City Resort, walk to center of town, this place puts you right where you want to be in Park City. Great spot will be back again. Thanks

Spacious condo in great location
We loved staying here. Very spacious. Enjoyed the fireplace and hot tub. The bus picks you up half a block away. All of the amenities we could need. Thanks for a great stay!
The unit was well appointed and comfortable with a few minor things that could use repair. We could walk to Old Town Park City in 11-13 minutes or walk to Deer Valley Resort in 16-19 minutes. For skiing, the bus stop was right there to take you to either ski area in minutes. The hot tub was a delight after a day on the slopes.
The Condo is a bit dated, but a very good location. The kitchen is poorly equipped with knives that could barely cut butter and very cheap cookware (I actually bought a skillet and knives from Amazon). The refrigerator was very noisy when the compressor switched on, hard to hear the TV. The fridge needs to be replaced. Otherwise happy with the accommodations.

Good
We really enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean, and really appreciated how responsive the Park City Host team was in addressing some concerns we had upon arrival. The furniture was definitely more worn than the photos made it seem -- i.e., multiple large tears in the arms of the living room chair, broken shades and lamp shades -- my review would have been stronger as it would have been a more accurate portrayal of the unit.
The location is very convenient: walkable to Park City and very close to bus stops to Deer Valley and Park City resort. However, the unit needs some attention. In one of the bathrooms the soap dish was detached from the wall, several smoke detectors were not properly fastened and the fridge compressor was very noisy. Overall we were satisfied with our stay but it could have been much nicer if a bit more work is put in to fixing some things up.
This was simply a fantastic townhouse for our crew of 4 that offered clean beds, a warm and welcoming environment and all the basics we needed to be comfortable during our stay. The managment team were very responsive to issues that arose, including replacing a non-functioning humidifier and fixing the washing machine. Our only feedback would be that sofa bed could/should be replaced. The mattress was an old "inflatable" one that did not inflate so the sleep on there was less than ideal. Otherwise, we would definitely rent again.
First - I will say that the management company was great and the location was amazing... but the condo lacked...everything. There were 6 of us (2 adults, 2 teens, 2 kids). I picked this because it could accommodate 6 people.
Kitchen - lacked everything. There were ONLY 7 glasses (Plus 2 wine glasses). Random dishes and cutlery, No dish washing soap, only 5 chairs for the table, No baking sheets, ONE pot holder, no large bowls, no basic amenities like salt and pepper.
Overall - Rips in the furniture, broken blinds, many electrical plugs didn't work throughout the condo, only given 6 towels, but nothing for the hot tub, no hand towels for 1/2 bath, cheap and limited tissue and TP. Wifi is OK - but to be expected in a mountain town.
Bedrooms - The beds were comfortable but the frames were loose, loud and cheap. Side tables were both broken in 2nd bedroom. No additional pillows or sheets for the pullout couch.
Upon complaining to Park City Host and providing pictures - they quickly tried to furnish the items not provided and/or TRY and fix what was broken, but as a whole, I (and my family) was terribly disappointed with the condo and the lack of thought or details...along with the holiday premium we were paying, we expected much more. We rent every year in the area and expect certain limitations with the rentals but this was by far the worst we have experienced and put a damper on our family vacation.
Aesthetically pretty condo but functionally a disaster.
