Bad Listing

Location in listing was off by 15 miles. Grill, although prominently featured in listing photos, is not available for guest use. House was great, clean, and spacious. Pool had some sort of issue holding water during our stay which rendered the heating useless.

Our Family made the trip😊. However NANA and PAPA could not. PAPA had to have heart surgery. That were so pleased for us to go and enjoy. We all loved the place

Long weekend getaway

7 people and had PLENTY of room. Only complaint is the bugs out at the pool area (we learned they are called ‘love bugs) they were everywhere. Other than that the property is great - the water park was fun and the food at the restaurant on site was delicious! The staff was wonderful as well - next time we will stay longer than 4 days!

Beautiful property

I stayed there with colleagues attending a trade show at the Orange County Convention Center. It was quite the hike from there (the VRBO site said it was closer) but other than that, it’s a beautiful house. Very well appointed.

Great Stay

A group of us came with our daughters for the Intrigue Nationals dance competition. Property was very clean, organized and we had so much space for each family. Loved having our own pool and the access to the resort amenities including the gym and the larger pool and water slides. We had everything we needed. Some suggestions are : ceiling fans for the bed rooms, larger refrigerator, dishwasher had lost a wheel and needs replaced. Also to note coming in - there are no supplies at all so you will need to bring/buy necessities like detergent, plastic bags, toilet paper, paper towels, salt/pepper, etc. It would be pretty awesome if there were some minimal items left or supplied. Otherwise - we had an amazing time and would recommend highly.

Maintenance response time is SLOW

Overall our stay was good. The house was very nice and we had plenty of space. It could have been cleaned more thoroughly prior to our arrival. The fan in the master bathroom had so much dust in/on it, it looked furry. The fake flowers in the master bathroom were also very dusty. There were papers and other general “trash” items under the beds in the Mickey/Minnie room. The real concern though was the SLOW response to get a pool issue (low water level from the time we arrived) and an ant issue corrected. We used the numbers specified to use for maintenance issues both in the confirmation email and the book provided in the house. It took four phone calls and an email for someone to FINALLY come on Friday and put water in the pool. By that time it was about 6 inches below where the waterline was supposed to be maintained. I had even offered, earlier in the week, to fill the pool myself if they would bring me a hose but they said they didn’t have a hose to bring me. Our pool was never cleaned the week we were there despite being told that Tuesday was our pool cleaning day. We also had ants in the kitchen and called right away to have someone address it. They came out and said they didn’t want to spray bc there were kids in the house. I called back and asked if they would spray when we were out of the house the following day. They said they would send someone, but never did. After a third phone call someone finally came to spray and get rid of the ant problem.

Very underwhelming

It was clean, but cheap furniture and beds. Bad pillows. The water pressure in the showers was horrible and it took over 5 minutes to get hot.

Family Birthday Trip to Orlando

This house was PERFECT! We had our two adult kids and their spouses and we were all in our own ensuite bedroom/bathroom. This is a wonderful location in a gated community. We were happy to separate from the theme park environment and enjoy a beautiful house for our visit.
