Perfectly situated in the heart of Seacrest Beach on 30A, 'Aberdeen Unit 405D' is your dream beach getaway! Located in the stunning Village of South Walton. Guests are just steps from the sugar white beaches of South Walton and all the area's top shopping and entertainment. Aberdeen has been newly renovated and professionally decorated for guests to enjoy their beach vacation to the fullest.

With 2 large bedrooms and a bunk room, this spacious unit comfortably sleeps 8 people. As you enter 'Aberdeen' you are greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio all in one large and connected space. You will fall in love with the oversized covered patio overlooking the Village of South Walton and 30A. It is the perfect place to sit back and relax.

Beach Access: Getting to the beach is a breeze.... just walk to the front of 30A like you are going towards Alys Beach and once you come up to the white Seacrest Beach Lifeguard chair you cross 30A and walk direct down the pathway about 100 yards and you are at the beach. A free shuttle will drive you to the beach entrance or you can take the short walk. Either way, everything is only a few minutes from your doorstep. This beach access is a private beach access for the guests who are staying in Seacrest and the Village of south Walton.

* Weddings / Organized groups are not allowed. Guests must not exceed the approved number of guests allowed.
* Beach access locations and beach vending companies are subject to change, per local county ordinances. For the most up-to-date information, please contact our office prior to your arrival.
* No GOLF carts or LSV'S, Rv's, Trailers, Boat's or Watercraft's allowed to be parked at the property - Due to HOA Rule.(Strict Rule)
* Saturday to Saturday - 7 Night minimum rentals during peak/high season.
* Notice of County Sound Ordinance - Prohibited act. It shall be unlawful and a violation of the section for a person to make, cause or permit if within his or her control the making or causing of any noise disturbance between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. that is plainly audible from within an occupied residence not the residence of the person making, causing or permitting the making or causing of the noise disturbance.

30A Rental Properties Rental Agreement: By submitting payment for this reservation, you agree that you have read, understood, and agree to adhere to, and be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, thus making it a legally binding contract. Please contact us immediately if you have any questions or concerns. Guests will be held responsible for all damages to the property. If any of our policies are violated, you may be asked to vacate the property and forfeit any rental payments, as well as be subject to HOA, community, and 30A Rental Properties fines.

Really enjoyed our time in Aberdeen. The location was so convenient and the many shops and services around us made our experience great. Bathrooms are outstanding. really enjoyed the heated pool. Thank you for a great Thanksgiving with my Family!

Excellent property

Property was clean and upgraded. I would rent again just for the beautiful bathrooms! Only negative was 9:00am checkout and a extra charge for early check in. ($125.00 for 2 hour early arrival).

Great Spot

We booked last minute. If you know the area, the condo is in a great location looking at the Gulf right there in Seacrest village. The condo is newly refurbished. The master bed and bath is huge. The second bedroom is a little tight with a king bed. The kids room has a bunk bed with two full size mattresses and an extra mattress to pull out. The shuttles to the beach worked well. It is about an 8 minute walk to the beach. Seacrest has one beach access point and the private area is extremely crowded. The two pools for this condo are ok. The newer pool is primarily for babies. We had no problem finding parking spots. The condo unit was very quiet. Elevator worked well.
