The property was the best stocked and organized home we have ever stayed at. Plenty of all the amenities listed and all higher end brand name. Communication was top notch and the view is spectacular and then some!

The house overlooks the Yellowstone River. We kept the windows open to enjoy that sound! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen was well equipped! We took advantage of the proximity Yellowstone Park and the availability of fly fishing guides. It's an easy drive to the Bozeman. The management company was responsive to our questions. We are already considering a return trip.

Great Property and Great Location!

Had a great stay at this property. Beautiful view of the Yellowstone river - close to all the great things to do in the Livingston area. Would absolutely stay here again!

This was a very clean, comfortable and usable home. Everything was convenient. The home was well furnished. Lots of room and a beautiful view of the river and magnificent trees. We saw multiple Bald Eagles and Osprey making their perches in those trees behind the house and on a power pole. Multiple shows every morning by does and fawns. And a swim across the Yellowstone River one night and back across the next morning by a black bear. Even the largest white tail buck I have ever seen. It was convenient to Livingston. One of my favorite small towns. Livingston has multiple fine places to eat. And most services desired. All in all we agreed it was the best of the multiple VRBO’s we have visited over the last 10 years.

Weekend getaway

Nice getaway with river view. House was clean but smelled musty. Enjoyed the comfy couch & big tv. The house would be fun for couples or a family. We enjoyed sitting on the patio in the sun, having some wine & just de-stressing.

Yellowstone vacation

We found the property to be as described and well appointed with furnishings, kitchen cabinets stocked with all needed dishes, everything in working order. We did end up re-washing the provided towels as they smelled unclean and musty despite looking clean. Wonderful patios for overlooking the river. The neighbourhood was very quiet, very walkable, and had a resident herd of deer. Livingston was a great town and we enjoyed meals from Gil's Goods as well as Rosa's Pizza.

Relaxing home with a million dollar view

The home was exactly as described. Immaculately cleaned, uncluttered, tastefully decorated and equipped with all the kitchen essentials needed to cook and clean up after yourself. The bed was super comfortable as was the living room furniture. I was appreciative that we were allowed to bring our dogs as they are part of my family . The 'Snowfill Dog Park' in Bozeman was awesome and would highly recommend this to anyone bringing pups along. It's 38 rolling acres giving both your dogs and owners a nice workout. We hiked Hyalite Canyon, which was beautiful. The roads were a bit icy getting to the top but if you drive carefully it's not an issue. We loved this house and location. If we need to return for business (or pleasure) we'll definitely want to stay again.
