Beautiful backyard pool paradise!
New heated pool with fun fountains and sun shelf, kids and adults enjoy! Large pool deck with many loungers for relaxing, outside dining under the sunbrella by day then amid the string lights by night. Lush palm trees and orchids, hibiscus bushes and bird of paradise. Safe for pets and little ones, all fenced-in. Hot water outdoor shower is great after the beach or anytime. Inside find farmhouse floors and sparkle granite kitchen. Very short drive to everything downtown, 5th Ave, best beaches, Tin City. 5-8 min.

Perfect house for multigenerational family visit

We had a wonderful stay! Checking in and out was extremely easy, and house is close to everything we wanted to do. Our family ranged in age from 83 to 6 and everyone had a great time! The pool is relaxing and there was plenty of room for everyone. We will definitely stay here again if we head back to Naples.

Very nice house. The pool area is wonderful with nice landscaping, plenty of lounge chairs. Very relaxing place to hang out. The house is nicely updated, comfortable beds. Location very convenient to Tin City, 5th Ave even Marco Island. Beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels are provided. Would highly recommend and would stay there again,

The house is just as advertised and was spotless upon arrival. Pool and back yard are excellent, lots of seating, room and privacy. Beds are comfortable and house is well outfitted. Plenty of room for 6. Communication was easy and owners were responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Nice location at end of a cul-de-sac, clean and professionally managed. Quite neighborhood close to downtown. Host was very accommodating and provided an informative notebook on places to go and things to do in the area. Fenced in back yard a plus. Highly recommend this home.

Overall a nice stay

Overall we had a nice stay at this house. The backyard really made the place. Great place to hang out with plenty of seating and a warm pool for kids to swim any time of day. Wished it was a bit cleaner, kitchen open shelves were very dusty including the glasses had a layer of dust in them. We were left with 4 bath towels when it sleeps 8 people. Could use some more silverware, for the amount of people the house holds (butter knives). The house could use a little tlc, a few minor improvements could make it a more pleasant place to stay.

Very nice propriety with the extra touches of Keurig Coffee, wrap up blankets on the couches and enough extras that you did not have to go to the store after day 1. Very quiet and peaceful setting as well. Highly recommend.

Why they chose this property

We love the Brookside neighborhood because it is quiet and tucked away yet very near all that downtown has to offer. The new pool and backyard is so beautiful and because it is west-facing, guests can enjoy amazing sunsets over the pool.

What makes this property unique

You may never want to leave the pool at this home, the backyard is such a beautiful slice of paradise. Ringed with tall Clusia bushes, it provides total privacy. The covered screened area is also a great place to have breakfast out of the sun or a fun hang in the rain.
