Wonderful Get Away

First off, Better Beach Rentals was so easy to work with. Their staff was friendly, professional and quick to meet our needs. Flip Flops 4 Ever was a beautiful home. Decor was fresh and “beachy”. Perfect place for 10 lifelong friends.

Nice house

Although the house was nice, housekeeping did not do a good job preparing the house for us. There are a few outlets that aren’t working properly but the house is spacious and as pictured.

Lots of beds for a large family.

Some updates are needed. Broken doors in fridge. Couldn’t open up freezer door wide enough to function easily (due to ill fitting the space) a few chairs in need of repair. During our stay the AC start not functioning 100% called the manager and they did send someone out to fix it within a reasonable time line. But many nights were spent hot. The beds are comfortable, the outdoor furniture was sat in all week long. The outside shower is a hose, not a shower. This was an efficient beach house for a large family.

Property was great, but communication was not.

Property was fine, but over the course of the visit, we called(and texted) to ask about certain things and never received any response - still. Everything seems to be automated for check-in, calls and texts, but no response if you're wanting to interact with a person. They even texted to say "your property is ready early, please text or call for the early check-in code." We called and texted, but never received any response and just checked in at normal time.
