SWEET BEACH HOUSE - 2ND OCEAN BLOCK - 208 Fourth Street, Bethany Beach

ONLY HAVE A COUPLE OF 2024 WEEKS LEFT... REDUCED FOR RENTAL! SWEET SPOT AT THE BEACH! This lovingly maintained beach cottage is the perfect landing spot to explore the Quiet Resorts of Bethany Beach. Just a hop, skip and a jump from the beach in the 2nd ocean block and a short walk to the shops and restaurants "in-town". You'll love everything about this 4 BR, 2 1/2 BA home... there's a lovely screened porch, outdoor shower, plenty of parking, CAC, W/D, BBQ Grill and even a small backyard. Owners even supply a Bethany Beach parking permit! No Pets or Smoking please. Guests pay a $150 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights. Sheets and towels are not included, but are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

Awesome house

We had a great stay at this house! Super cute and plenty of room for all. Wish sheets were provided as part of the cost. Favorite part was the outdoor shower and additional bathroom underneath the house!

One of our best places yet

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting places in BB, Rehoboth, Dewey for years and have seen a wide range of places. This one was in a great location and was all around solid. Had some beach gear onsite, comfortable rooms, good setup in the home, etc. We enjoyed our week there and would have rebooked for next season has we not had a conflicting vacation setup already. Will definitely keep an eye on this property for future rentals.
