The front porch, rear deck with grill, outside shower and fenced yard offer relaxing spaces when you've come off the beach! Inside, the kitchen is fully equipped and the dining and family room areas lead to conversation, games and entertaining. Each bedroom boasts comfy beds and great closets for storage and easy access bathrooms to match. Relax, create new memories and make our home yours while you enjoy the ocean, restaurants, golf and all that is the BEACH!

Perfect Bethany Beach Cottage

This beautiful property and location absolutely cannot be beat. This was our second year bringing two families to stay (4 adults, 4 kids ages 2-5), and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better weekend. Steps away from the beach, a gorgeous screened in porch for reading and relaxing, an outdoor shower to get the kids clean after the sand, proximity to a playground, restaurants, shops etc. This property is such a gem, and our host Renee was incredibly communicative and accommodating.

Priceless…

Perfect location is two blocks from downtown, 1 1/2 blocks from the beach. We had the first heat wave of the summer, and our host provided us a small welcome gift of fresh blueberries when we arrived…… Priceless!!!!
