Our lovely 3br/2ba pool/jacuzzi home is where Old Florida charm meets Rose, Blanche, Dorothy and Sophia for a slice of late night cheesecake. This charming house, nestled in the quiet New York section of Port Charlotte, is located near many of Florida’s most sought after beaches, dining, fishing, golfing and shopping. Our home comfortably sleeps 6 and boasts exceptional amenities for the whole family to enjoy.

Our beaches are incomparable to other locations across the country. We are close to the shark tooth capital of the world! Our dream was to have a pool home in SWFL to share with others that are passionate about having a relaxing tropical vacation year round. We enjoy traveling all over the globe and the U.S. and seeing different cultures and way of life.

Why they chose this property

We live in the best little neighborhood (NY district) of Port Charlotte, Fl. It is close to everything and our neighborhood is very safe with great neighbors! It is quiet and relaxing but a short drive to Punta Gorda and all SWFL has to offer. It is one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the Port Charlotte area.

What makes this property unique

Our custom outdoor space was created with relaxation in mind. We built a custom saltwater pool/spa, creating the ultimate tranquil vacation destination. The privacy of our backyard is hard to compete with as it provides a luxurious feel to this quaint Florida home.
