Featuring a multi-tiered deck and patio, private pool and all the essentials, this home features everything you need for the perfect getaway. Soak up the sun on the private deck and head up to the crow's nest for a bird's-eye view overlooking Santa Rosa Beach. This is a great vantage point for viewing beautiful sunrises! Spend the days by the pool, sunning on the deck or sipping drinks in the shade of the covered patio. In the evenings, fire up the grill for a family barbecue. A full kitchen, private washer/dryer, and wireless internet provide all the convenience of home.

clean place

word to potential renters... usually kitchens in rentals (in my experience) are stocked with a few essentials (salt, pepper, maybe a bit of oil). The kitchen here is completely without.

In house was very clean and in great location. Backyard and pool could've been cleaner but we very much enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house.

Santa Rosa is the best

The house was wonderful. Everything was as stated. For me, the location can not be beat. Within 2 miles in any direction are restaurants, grocery stores, beaches. Definitely looking forward to coming back

Spacious Home with pool

The location of the home is convenient to the beach, Café 30A, and Angelina’s all within walking distance. The interior is very spacious and updated with minimalistic décor. The master bedroom and bath are nice and appealing. Since it was only the two of us, we didn’t have any need for the other two bedrooms or bathroom, but they appeared to be very nice. The utility room contains a newer washer and dryer with plenty of space to store some items during your stay. The house and pool were both very clean upon our arrival. One thing missing from the home is a booklet containing directions to the beach, how to operate the TV, a listing of nearby restaurants, house info, etc. We managed to figure out how to get the living room TV to operate and were able to sign on to our YouTube account. The outside of the home could really use some TLC especially the backyard. The pavers around the pool area were totally covered with palm tree droppings and evergreen twigs which could have easily been cleaned up with a leaf blower prior to our arrival. I used a broom to sweep off the area. The steps to the upper poach overview are blocked by overgrown tree branches. The grill had seen better days, was dirty plus the burners were partially rusted away. No grill utensils were available. FYI Beachwood Villas Beach access is the closest to the home, but it has very limited beach space available as it is bordered on both sides by private beaches. The space is probably only 70-80 ft wide.
