Home with a spring-fed pond and mountain view.

Entry hall with closet and washer/dryer. Leading to the kitchen (fully stocked) and pantry. Opening up to the living room and dining area. The windows and sliding door to the porch overlook the spring fed pond with koi fish and the mountain view. You’ll also see my horse barn(future chicken coop for fresh eggs) and the orchard I’m growing. The living room has a daybed with a pull out trundle bed offering two twin beds with memory foam mattresses. Smart TV mounted and a very strong wifi signal. Bathroom is located upstairs and is fully stocked. Upstairs bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in closet. There is a gas grill on the porch and a fire pit on the property as well. Private parking. Minutes from all the shops and restaurants in town and only a short drive to Bromley and Stratton ski resorts. No cleaning fees or pet fees.

Fall getaway

Very nice and cozy place to getaway for a few nights! Very close to Manchester and places to eat and things to do. Koi pond was very pretty and we enjoyed feeding them! Loved having coffee on the deck with a view of the mountains, before we went on our adventures!

Lovely ski weekend

Cute cottage with a lot of charm. The kiddos loved the concept of staying next to a pond. Convenient location to Manchester center and also to Bromley. Jeremy was quick to respond to all to all pf our questions.

Great location!

We had a great stay with our pup for a late ski season weekend! The house was clean, well-stocked, and very cozy. The location was beautiful and perfectly situated a few minutes away from everything you could want to do in Manchester. We will definitely be back!

Above and beyond

The house was so well stocked with food, snacks, linens, the best quality paper towels, even toothpaste! Jeremy thinks of every detail. We stayed here when we skied Bromley which was a 17 min drive. Easy peasy. Jeremy is an excellent host.

Very Relaxing!

Had a great stay—very relaxing. Checked all the boxes for VRBO property for me—super clean, great bed/bedding/towels, spectacular view, well stocked including food, very communicative host, close to town, strong wifi. Stayed with my dog Luna. Her favorite part was swimming in the pond and feeding the koi fish. This is just what I needed to rest and recharge. Hope to return next year!

Wondeful host with a wonderful guest home

Jeremy was very accommodating for our brief last minute stay, when we needed to bring our dog with us last minute while attending our friends wedding. The house was pristine, the scenery wonderful. And we had all the privacy we needed. Cannot recommend another home more highly should you need intimate accommodations in the Manchester VT area. Thanks Jeremy!

It was just as we expected and very relaxing. Jeremy was great work with and took care of every little detail. He gave us some great recommendations for places to visit and eat at. I’ve never seen a rental property so we’ll stocked in the kitchen. We will one back again someday

Tranquil and relaxing

I only stayed a couple of nights but the property was very cean and pleasant. It was the perfect size for me and my little dog. The kitchen and refrigerator was surprisingly stocked. The pond was very relaxing with the beautiful lights at night and the frogs croaking. Close to Manchester with many shops and things to do. Jeremy was very pleasant and I loved his dog.

Rainy summer getaway

Jeremy has this hosting thing covered. My boyfriend and our dog visited for a long weekend that ended up being pretty rainy. Every streaming service we could think of was loaded on the tv and there were even some board games. Chances are if you forgot something, it’s probably in the cabin. My dog loved the koi pond and feeding them when it wasn’t rainy was a joy. Bed was comfy, water pressure was decent. No complaints!

A quick VT getaway

This was our first experience with VRBO and it was such a wonderful experience! We traveled from NJ to VT for a long weekend. The propery and amenities are exactly as listed. This home is the cutest little brown house! It is so close to downtown manchester, greeen mountain, stratton resort and not to mention a ton of hiking trails! My daughter took advantage of the koi pond in the back yard and loved to feed them. Jeremy always made sure the fish food was full for my daughter, which i thought was incredibly sweet. The house was very cleaned and fully stocked with things one would need to scope out the area. I cannot say anytbing negative. We will definitely be back. Thank you Jeremy for making our weekend a very memorable experience! 💚

Long Weekend Getaway

We booked the “little brown house” for a long weekend get away. IT WAS AMAZING. It was so peaceful. The view from the dock overlooking the koi pond is breath taking. The house it self has everything you need! Jeremy stocked the kitchen with breakfast foods, fruits, and has the perfect mixture of grab and go snacks (perfect for bringing on a hike on the surrounding trails). The bathroom had everything needed; shampoo, conditioner, body wash and much more. During our first night we had slight issues with the AC, but we reached out to Jeremy and he responded right away even offering to go out and buy a brand new one that day if it continued to act up. During our stay; we met Jeremy and his pup Dakota. They were very pleasant and gave us no issues at all, we only crossed paths twice in our 4 day stay. We throughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again!

The property and home were just as advertised. It was a great space for our two dogs and us. The pond in the mornings was beautiful to look out at. Jeremy was a great host, supplying snacks, breakfast items, drinks, coffee, etc... the best stocked fridge I've ever had at a VRBO. The location is perfect to downtown Manchester and a bunch of local things to do, like Equinox Valley Nursery and Mount Equinox. We had a great time and loved staying there.

Such a stunning property! We stayed for over a week and it was perfect! Great location and the house had everything you might need. Jeremy also included fresh eggs and other breakfast items which made us feel extra cared for!I would highly recommend staying here.

Absolutely perfect. We have stayed in SO many rentals and this was by far our favorite. The koi pond right next to the house was truly amazing. The dogs were enthralled by the koi fish (and so were we, honestly). The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Jeremy is a phenomenal host and clearly takes pride in what he does. The chicken coop and area behind the house and pond are also beautiful and fun to wander. Equinox pond is down the street and lye Brook falls hike is a very short drive! We highly recommend this place.

Cozy and comfortable

This house was fantastic. We didn’t have the best weather this Memorial Day weekend but the house, pond and view made up for it. Jeremy stocked the house with everything we could possibly need including fresh eggs from the resident chickens, bacon, snacks and so much more. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. Our dog enjoyed watching the beautiful fish in the pond and visiting the chickens. We can’t wait to return!

Amazing property!

We stayed at the guest house for 2 nights with our black lab. Jeremy’s hospitality was amazing! There were snacks and a full fridge waiting for us along with helpful guides to the area. Our dog had the best time swimming in the pond and watching the fish. It’s a very comfortable space in a stunning setting. Could not recommend more highly!

Beautiful Escape

My family and I stayed at this property over the weekend. We have two children, 12 and 9 and 3 dogs. The space was absolutely perfect for us. The trundle bed in the living room was great to allow both kids to have their own sleeping space. Everything you can possibly imagine is stocked in this house so if you forget something, chances are you will find it upon check in. The kitchen has all of the utensils and cooking tools you need. The host provides a lot of menus, maps and magazines about what is happening in the area. The loft bedroom was extremely spacious. The bathroom is up in the loft which was not a huge issue for us. The biggest thing was that the house was extremely clean and inviting. The property was very large and our 3 dogs enjoyed having the freedom to explore. Jeremy was a wonderful host and provided us with privacy. He is right next door and very responsive to any questions or issues you may have. This was one of the most comfortable and inviting homes we have stayed at and will definitely stay again!! Thank you Jeremy for a comfortable and relaxing weekend away! :)

Great stay

I stayed here for a couple of nights with my 3 year old son, my mom and our 2 dogs. The house was cozy and warm when we arrived and fully stocked with not just snacks, but fresh eggs from the chickens on the property, pancake mix, maple syrup, organic milk and butter. My son loved going out to the pond to feed the koi fish and walking over to say hi to the chickens in the coop. It was a perfect little getaway for our group and the host couldn’t be more accommodating or thoughtful!

Lovely stay in cottage with a pond and mountain view

We stayed at Jeremy’s place for 2 nights this October. OMG, this place is amazing. All the home comforts you could wish for, big comfortable bed, well stocked kitchen and larder, breakfast goodies included and lovely and clean. The deck with view of the pond and mountains was a huge bonus, lovely and private - total bliss. This is a definite 5 star rating , cannot recommended highly enough . Thanks Jeremy, you’re a legend! 2 visitors from Manchester , England ! 😄

Manchester home

Lovely views and close to everything. Only issue Parking stated not to park in front of garage and owner states he did not write this. As a result we parked partially on lawn to keep his garage clear which owner did not want us to do
