The space
This beautiful home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood in the heart of West Palm Beach. Surrounded by water on 3 sides, the lake view and rich tropical foliage create a unique feel that is truly breathtaking.

Whether you enjoy entertaining friends, or relaxing in paradise, this home has something for everyone; we're positive you will love your stay!
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire main house, as well as the entire front yard, back yard, screened patio, and parking area.
Other things to note
Are you traveling with a pet or a service animal? Please let us know! Although we typically do not allow animals in the home, we are always open to making an exception - all you have to do it ask! Please be advised a pet deposit may be requested, and renters are subject to pay for all damages which may occur during your stay.

Also, there is a small mother-in-law apartment on the back of the property which is occupied occasionally by the property owner/manager, Fernando. Someone will be available to greet you during your checkin and provide support during your stay or a U-Tech digital number will be available.
