Welcome to the Westside in Malletts Bay! This newly renovated tri-level townhouse will have everything your family and friends will need for an unforgettable Vermont vacation! Unwind in the luxurious hot tub while watching the sun paint the sky in vibrant hues. Gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, you'll find a stylish and comfortable living space, perfect for entertaining or relaxing.

The water level of the lake can be high in the spring and summertime, if this occurs there may be little to no beach on the shoreline. Water/beach shoes are strongly recommended.

For the security of our guests and the safety of our home we have a ring doorbell located at the outside entrance.

Dock outside of unit is available for use. Please note it is shared with other unit on property.

Firewood is NOT provided.

Such a great place to gather with family. Beautiful views, fun games for the kids, nice tv for family viewing, great kitchen space with everything you could need. Would love to come back in warmer weather but our winter stay was excellent.

Perfect family stay

Perfect for our UVM graduation family gathering hose. Away from all the hustle of down-town Burlington, but just a short drive away. The house is large enough for a large group and well stocked! It offers many water activities and also the peaceful calm of the lake…just perfect!

Labor Day wknd

We had a full house for my bday celebration. Property is as advertised and very clean. All the little extra amenities were wonderful. Communication was easy. It strategically rained whenever we had plans for the outdoor space but we did get to use the SUP boards and kayak around sunset which was gorgeous. The sunsets are top notch. The lake of course has lake grass which I would always assume but one of my guests was surprised the grass existed. Water was perfect temperature for swimming. Location is a quick drive to Burlington, even shorter ride to grocery store, farm stands, and ice cream. We used the house as a base to quickly bike to the bike trail around Lake Champlain and through the South Hero. Kylie was really responsive to messages and warned us that people renting the east side would have dogs with them since we were likewise bringing one. The dogs got along great and possibly inspired my friend's dog to swim for the first time. It was a sweet weekend overall

Great location!

Our multi generational family had a great time at this spot! We loved the location and being on the water. The SUP, kayak and canoe were awesome to have as part of the rental. The only downside was the condition of the rental was less than the high end luxury described in the listing. We had great communication with the host and enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Lake Property

What a lovely place! The lake is perfect for families with children as it is shallow for a ways out. My kids loved kayaking and playing on the many available flotation devices. The sunsets are remarkable, and the house is well stocked. I would be lucky to stay here again.
