Upstairs you will find, in addition to the two bedrooms, one full and one half bath, a chefs kitchen that opens up to a screened-in porch through three retractible glass doors with views of the boat dock, perfect for indoor/outdoor living. There's, a custom vermonter-made dining table that seats 10 comfortably, and a living area that opens onto the enormous deck with endless views of Malletts Bay and Lake Champlain. Fall: located on 7 private acres with endless views of the Lake Champlain and front row seat to the spectacular colors of the changing leaves and stunning sunsets. The paddle boards, kayaks and canoe are still accessible through mid-October although the lake starts to get chilly.
