Beautiful Location

We booked this lake house for a short vacation. It is situated on a private lot with direct lake access and beautiful views. We had a couple of hiccups during our stay but Kyle was wonderful to work with and quickly made everything right. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend tranquil days by the lake.

Special spot on Lake Champlain

My family from California had a wonderful stay on the shores of Niquette Bay. We spent the whole week on the incredible dock. The water depth and cleanliness was perfect for swimming. Very private setting. Kyle and caretaker Josh were accessible throughout the week. We loved our stay. Thank you!

Cozy, clean, and had all we needed

Stayed here with a group of friends for a local pond hockey tournament. House had all we could ask for, was clean, comfortable and location was perfect between the Lake and Burlington. Kyle was quick to communicate with, accommodated our late check out request and helped make our trip easy and that much more fun. Highly recommend his place - quite clear it’s the perfect spot to enjoy during any time of the year!

Great Home with Amazing Location!

We were visiting the area for the long holiday weekend, and could not have stayed at a better place! The house was clean and spacious. The kitchen was great, and we cooked steaks on the grill. If you want an amazing view, this house is for you. We spent each night sitting outside listening to the water, and enjoying the fresh air. If you appreciate the outdoors, this is the spot!

Everything you nerd

Love this place! Second time here, and was able to take advantage of everything, the dock, the kayaks, the hot tub, and of course the house. Proximity to Burlington is ideal for a fatty trip while the property provides plenty of privacy. Sleeping arrangements did the trick, with 5 of us in the loft amongst the two beds and 3 air mattresses (provided by the property). Cannot recommend this property highly enough!
