Located near restaurants, beaches, hotels, and the harbor in Dana Point! 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining room, and living room with sofa bed. Master bedroom includes a king size bed, TV & cable, shower & private bathroom, and large walk in closet. Second bedroom includes a queen bed, full dresser, comfy armchair, and also a large walk in closet. Second bathroom is located next to second bedroom. Fully functioning kitchen with small breakfast table, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, oven, & large fridge. Large dining room table seats 8! Living room includes 50" flat screen smart TV & cable; and sofa can be pulled out to become a queen bed. Ritz Pointe pool & clubhouse just steps away from unit. A gas grill is provided on the patio. Beach chairs, towels, and umbrella included with rental!

Very prompt response from the owner from the start Easy entry to property from security gate and condo doorWas a hefty walk to the beach and back. There is ample parking for a dollar an hour at Salt Creek.The kitchen was well stocked nice having a washer dryer and dishwasher. This unit is perfectly located within its complex for easy access. The walk to sand creek beach is very scenic and was a highlight of the trip. Well appointed kitchen and private laundry were a big plus. The owner is easily reached and very nice.

This condo is a family project. Brian is the owner and Tara, his daughter is the property manager (both pictured). Tara and her husband Luke and their three children live in Dana Point. Brian and his wife Denise live in the Phoenix area in Arizona. The condo is a perfect place for Denise and Brian to stay while they are spoiling their grandkids. They are pleased to be able to share it with others the rest of the time.
