About this property

Stunning Beach Views of Gulf-14th Floor-Dog friendly-Newly Replenished Beach

Located on the Florida Panhandle, this condominium on Navarre Beach provides less crowds than the popular nearby Destin while still boasting white quartz sand and spectacular beach views of the Gulf of Mexico. This spacious 14-th floor corner condo has a wrap around south and west facing patio, abundant natural light, ten-foot high ceilings, crown molding, granite kitchen countertops, and a separate wine/beverage cooler and wet bar. The beach was newly replenished this summer and is twice as wide as last year! We normally book from Saturday to Saturday but we are open to inquiries for alternate days. Monthly rentals are also available.

Wake up to the gorgeous gulf view from the owner's suite, equipped with double sinks, walk-in-closet, separate shower and soaking tub and has it's own entrance to the balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The north bedroom also has it's own balcony which overlooks the Santa Rosa Sound, bathroom, kitchenette, and washer/dryer.

The building includes amenities containing a workout area, game room, one heated pool, one regular pool and a hot tub. There are pet friendly bags and trash cans as well as a separate area for outdoor grilling and smoking.

The owner purchases a seasonal chair service which supplies two chairs and one umbrella during the day from March to November. Additional chairs can be rented on the beach. Enjoy the beach life at the premier location in Navarre Beach at The Pearl Condominiums.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
The HOA will fine for smoking violations. Any fine incurred will be passed on to the guest who violates the non smoking policy.

The unit was stunning and had the most incredible view. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of supplies/cookware - we always cook a huge breakfast before heading to the water each day. Washer & dryer worked great and there were plenty of towels for our large crew. We loved the balcony with plenty of seating. Everything was clean & well maintained. No details were left out. The property management was easy to communicate with & the check-out instructions were simple. Our kiddo loved the pools on the property and we all appreciated the easy access to the beach.

Great condo

Enjoyed everything. The wind was a little high but the weather was not up to you. We loved it. The hot tub was out of order, but I enjoyed the Jacuzzi everyday.

Excellent condo

Everything was exactly as described in listing. Beds were comfortable. The condo is nicely appointed without feeling cluttered. View from the balcony is excellent and we enjoyed having our meals outside.

Absolutely a fabulous vacation condo!

The condo was perfect for our family group of 4 adults and 3 kids. A real plus was the free umbrella and 2 chairs on the beach. Dealing with Deborah the owner was seamless and a pleasure. We had no complaints whatsoever. I very highly recommend this property!!

The perfect Pearl

The condo was very nice and the overall facility was well maintained. Location is very convenient to restaurants, the pier, and the bridge. We had a couple of minor maintenance issues and Vashti resolved them promptly. She and Jason were both a pleasure to work with.

Million Dollar Views!

We really enjoyed our stay- we have stayed at The Pearl condos on several occasions but we were really excited that we were able to find a pet friendly unit. This condo is lovely and very comfortable. We had everything there that we could need during our stay. Very nice decor and the views are amazing! The location is so close to great restaurants and shopping. We will definitely try to rent this condo in the future. Very relaxing getaway.

Convenient

Very accommodating for adults and pets but not so much for infants-2 years old, very roomy unit furnished with a good amount of gadgets. No noise from elevator. It would be appreciated if they could provide beach towels, high chair and a pack-in-play for young ones to sleep in. Beach towels take up a lot of room in your suitcase when flying. If I was driving these items wouldn’t be an issue.

Paradise on the Beach

This condo was perfect for our vacation! We rented this condo for our vacation with our friends and doggo, we had so much room and a perfect view of the ocean! We will definitely be back!!! The kitchen was the perfect size and everything was great we had enough cooking supplies to cook during our stay! We were close to the pier and restaurants on the island we enjoying a fishing trip during our stay which was close to the condo as well! We loved being able to have private access and felt safe during our stay! Pat and Deborah were amazing to work with and responded quickly when any issues occurred!! The WiFi was very fast and worked to stream Netflix and Hulu, there was also cable that worked well during our stay! The bathrooms were large and laundry worked during the stay! We could see tons of wildlife from the balcony and enjoyed sitting outside ever morning!! The only issue we had was the metal chairs on the balcony were starting to rust and would chip off and get on the tile but it didn’t cause any issues using these chairs. Can’t wait to plan our next trip with this rental!!!

Loved our stay!

Absolutely loved our recent stay at this condo on Navarre Beach! Having visited seven times, we can confidently say this was our best experience yet. The views were breathtaking, and the beach access was super convenient. The condo itself was beautifully decorated, had comfy beds, was immaculately clean, and had all the amenities we could ask.If you’re looking for a slice of paradise, this condo is the way to go! This condo 1406 was wonderful! It was plenty of room for our family of 6. It was a perfect location! The huge balcony was awesome and big enough for all of us to set comfortably and enjoy our morning coffee from balcony. This condo was stocked better than any place we’ve stayed! It had everything we needed to cook all week! It was even stocked with spices and laundry supplies! The pool area was fantastic! We loved it! We will definitely rent this property in the future when our family decides on a trip back to Navarre! Fabulous condo. We loved everything about this condo!
