Gulf Front Studio Apartment directly on the Gulf !

Open the sliding glass doors to the huge covered patio and listen to the sound of the surf breaking on the beach just over the dune. This ground floor studio offers a king size bed, private bathroom and seating/dining area in an open concept layout. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, portable 2 burner cook top, indoor grill, and toaster. There is a tv provided and a separate washer and dryer as well. Enjoy your mornings and evenings while you relax on the spacious patio. Drive an electric car? There is also a Nema 14-50 outlet for EV charging!

*Well-behaved non-shedding small dogs welcome (max 2) with owner approval and $200/pet fee each

This unit was pretty much what was disclosed and expected. We enjoyed our stay. Couod us a few hooks for towels jackets etc. .

Just the right size for us

Very clean, everything we needed. I loved the porch area and the short walk through the sand dunes to the beach. Plan to go again

Long needed vacation

This was a perfect place for my husband and myself. We loved the place, so relaxing. The weather was great. Would definitely stay again. We got lucky and had the whole building to ourselves. Very peaceful

“Gone to the Beach” was a cute beach front studio. It was clean and had everything I needed for a quick get away. First time to Navarre Beach. Beautiful area and great fishing!

Love this place

I have been here several times over the last 10 years. Amazing little place right on the beach. It has everything you need. As in the past, I had a wonderful experience. You will hear the people in the rental above, so bring earplugs, noise canceling device, etc.

Perfect Stay!

This rental was one of the best vacations ever! If you’re looking for a quiet get away without the busy shops and bars- this is the place. Perfect size and amenities we needed for a relaxing week. There is not a dishwasher; nowhere to cook other than a toaster oven and microwave and only a couple coffee mugs. Although we expected them, we did not miss them. We will definitely be booking for next year!

Better than camping!

Place was pretty clean, but building very dated and the apartment could use a new bed and linens. We were able to stream on the TV from our account after purchasing a HDMI cord. The covered porch was disappointing, not rain proof or upstairs neighbors proof.... our swept sand down on us! It was definitely better than camping though, and the AC worked well and the shower was nice!

Fun getaway

Enjoyed last minute SB trip and loved the property, access to beach, quiet beach town vibe. They have laundry soap, towels for two, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, dishes, silverware, pots pans, you bring everything else. No dishwasher but wasn’t a problem. The tenants upstairs had kids, it did not bother us because we sleep with a white noise machine, but you might want to bring one just in case. They were very friendly and let us know we could tell them if they got too loud. Loved visiting Fort Perkins, Danny D’s, the pier. The breakfast burritos are yummy at the shark bite. Wish we could have stayed longer to explore more.

Late check in

The only issue we had was the late check-in. At 5:00 in December at Navarre beach it is already dark. We arrived in town at noon and had to wait until dark to check-in and unload. So our first day of vacation was basically a waste. Other than that the property was just as described.

Preston, I'm sorry that 5pm check in caught you off guard. We post the check in time on the listing, your confirmation, your arrival instructions and it is located on our rental policies It takes a lot of work to prepare for your arrival. We have updates to the property that have to be done between arrivals. We clean from top to bottom. We have maintenance that has to be done between arrivals. Unfortunately, all of this work takes a long time to get done. We just want the rental to be as perfect as possible for you. Beach Rentals at Navarre
