The Forth bedroom has 2 queen- sized bed and bathroom with shower. 5th bedroom has one double and one single bed.
The kitchen and dining area are fully equipped with everything you need and the perfect place to eat and relax after a long day of sightseeing or working.

A wonderful house, with plenty of room and lots of amenities!! Siona was absolutely delightful, and we all loved it when she stopped by to answer any questions or concerns. We were a group of college friends, celebrating our 75 th birthdays, and couldn’t have been happier with the VRBO that we picked. We would all highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful home and host!

Everything was great! The host was in constant contact with me and was very helpful. The pool was nice and warm which was great for anytime swimming, day or night. We’ll definitely stay again!

Great property and host!

We had a great time at Siona's property in Deerfield Beach. The house was very comfortable, clean, and met our needs. We had some cool days and the pool heater was great (just ask). Siona was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful when we needed anything. We spent a week. Used the grill, oven, cooktop, microwave, etc. A great place to stay!

Our hostess, Siona was just wonderful. The home needed some attention, getting a bit run-down, but it served our needs. Plenty of space, lots of towels and supplies we needed.

Siona was a wonderful host, always available. We had 9 adults and 5 kids ages 11 and under. The pool was perfect, clean and plenty of toys, Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels! We cooked all of our meals and had everything we needed Including nice washer, dryer and dishwasher! We had a great stay

Loved this property!

We absolutely loved this property and the property owner! Sooo inviting, even let us use the pool early when we arrived sooner then expected. Owner went above and beyond to make sure all our needs were met. We vacation each year to this area and we are booking this property again for 2024. HIGHLY RECOMEND! (Super kid friendly also! We had 5 kids under 5 years old and they had a blast!)

Superb!!

My husband and I just returned from a fabulous 10 day stay! The home is immaculately clean, well equipped with all amenities and a terrific cook’s kitchen. The pool is crystal blue and warm! We walked to the beach and the home is an easy drive to all of the local towns, great restaurants and sites. Siona is easily available and beyond attentive!! We are already planning our next visit.

There are not enough words to describe this beautiful family. Truly an amazing family, it was so pleasant to be around them, very classy people and very polite. What is also important is that they respect your property and take care of it like it is their own home. They kept the house very clean when they left. I would love to rent them the house again. These kinds of people you would love to rent your home to.

Fabulous Family House

We were a party of 10 ranging in age from 4 - 72. Wonderful house. It was clean, it was in great condition, and it was stocked with you every convenience you would want and even more. The pool was extremely clean and there was an abundance of pool toys. Location was very good. Lots of shopping, restaurants and close to the beach. The house even had beach chairs for our use! Cannot wait to return to it!

The house and host are top notch

This is an amazing house with a host that makes sure you feel pampered. Above and beyond does not begin to describe Siona's support. Siona wants to ensure your stay is pleasant and we felt pampered during our stay. The house is beautiful, the layout is perfect and the furnishings are tasteful and of the highest quality. The house and host are top notch. If we could give them more stars we would!

Excellent Stay!

The host was a great host and her place was awesome! The second night the lights out back went out on its own & we wasn’t able to enjoy the pool that night, she sent someone immediately to try and fix the issue! However the issue the issue was not resolved till the morning. Overall it was a great experience. I’d definitely recommend her place to anyone visiting this area.

Super responsive owner and fabulous location

Siona is extremely responsive, friendly and helpful. She always tried to accommodate our needs, which made our stay enjoyable and headache free. The property is clean and spacious with 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It gave us the privacy we need when sharing the property with others. Kids had fun swimming in the backyard, while adults enjoyed BBQ and sun-bathing. The location is very convenient, just minutes away from the Deerfield beach, groceries, highways and shopping malls. There are many great restaurants nearby. Definitely it is a place you will enjoy staying.

Fabulous

We stayed in this lovely home to celebrate my husband's 80th birthday. The home is spacious and has a "split" floorplan so there are three bedrooms and one bathroom with shower on one side of house and two bedrooms, (each with its own ensuite bath/shower combo) on the other side of house. The home had everything seven adults could need to feel at home and beds were comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool, and close proximity to beach, fishing pier, restaurants, Publix and other shopping. Seminole Casino Coconut Grove was a 20 min drive. Best of all was the kind attention Sionna graciously offered us. She kindly arranged to have an outrageously delicious birthday cake and balloons for my husband at the house upon our arrival. We were very satisfied with our stay at Sionna's lovely home. Thank you Sionna.

Best VRBO experience ever! Siona is an amazing person!

I cannot say enough positive things about our overall experience. Let me begin with we are seasoned VRBO and Airbnb goers. We have literally stayed all over the world, and this was by far the best experience ever. We had a last-minute property change, reasons not worth mentioning, and Siona was more than accommodating at one of her other properties to fit our needs. I never had to wait on communication with her, in fact she continually made sure we had everything we needed to have an amazing vacation. We were a family of 12, with four children under the age of 4, and her property was absolutely beautiful and perfect for us. We will return to Florida solely based on our experience with Siona. The location of the property is so convenient, we walked to the beach twice, to the park twice and all of the eateries around. Do not waste your time searching other properties, you should book with her, you will absolutely not regret it.
