Juste listé cette belle maison se sent comme un séjour dans le complexe avec un luxe privée chauffée bain à remous et chute d'eau .Il ya un barbecue à gaz de taille réelle pour les clients profiter des repas en plein air .Chaque chose en maison est tout neuf! Toutes les 4 chambres ont des salles de bains à l'intérieur des chambres. Cette maison sur deux niveaux est composée de deux chambres situées en haut des escaliers. taille lit La chambre d'amis n ° 1 offre un lit queen size La chambre d'amis n ° 2 a deux lits jumeaux. et la chambre d’hôte n ° 4 avec deux lits queen-size. Chaque chambre dispose d’un placard ou d’une commode pour ranger facilement tous vos vêtements. Cuisine moderne entièrement équipée, avec coin repas supplémentaire et terrasse. host was very responsive. the tropical pool and hot tub and lounging area was so much fun for all and relaxing too. plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms made for a stress free trip !

This is a super fun house. It worked really well for two families vacationing together over the holidays with space for each family and a good amount of common space. The house and deck does need some maintenance and deeper cleaning to reach its full potential.

The pool and hot tub now door patio area makes for an amazing gathering hangout space. It was ideal for afternoon, cocktails, and barbecuing Kevin is an amazing host who is very attentive to his guests

We had a wonderful stay celebrating our daughters graduation from FAU. The home was very comfortable and had lots of things to help prepare meals for our group. Publix is also .4 miles away for all the things you need. There is also a mini mart and bar walkable from the house. The backyard oasis was incredible. The waterfall grotto, pool, covered deck and open deck with enough seating for everyone made our trip even better. We spent the majority of our trip in the pool and hanging outside. We would definitely stay here again!

This house is fabulous! Perfect location within walking distance to various food options and grocery stores. The beach is just a short drive away but you could walk as well. The property is private and its like your own oasis. Definitely would recommend.

This was a great rental for our group. Each room has a bathroom which is wonderful. The communication between the host and myself was fabulous! Definitely will stay again.

Perfect Stay for a Family Wedding

The jungle house worked out perfectly for our family to attend a family member’s wedding in Deerfield. The backyard amenities are fabulous and we were even visited by a pair of beautiful peacocks. The location is so close to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We hope to have the opportunity to visit again!

Beautiful home, with everything we needed. We spent mornings in the pool, afternoons walking the beach and the hot tub was just what we needed at the end of each day. Comfortable bedrooms and two refrigerators! The host was very responsive. I would absolutely recommend this home.

Jungle House

The house was everything we had expected and hoped for. The house was clean, spacious, and we had no issues during our stay. Many things are located nearby, within walking distance; including supermarket, bars, restaurants, and a convenience store. The beach is within walking distance, but it is a 15-20 minute walk Overall, we were very pleased with our stay.

Pool was dirty when arrived, no instructions how to operate spa, pool heat. when called the only numbers on the instruction list they seemed very bothered by us inquiring how utilize the property. Pool toys and beach cart were unacceptable, so dirty. Everything was so janky, cheap dirty rugs, sheets looked to be 20 years old and faded. Blinds didn't close right, Had so many problems from the start. so outdated and in need of work throughout house and yard. Garbage disposal and cloths dryer did not work, one bathroom sink leaked all over our nice stuff. Had to have maintenance come over. Owner was pissed, showed up at property accusing us of turning pool heating valve off which we never touched. Kitchen ceiling and outside tiki roof looks like it's going to fall in. Pool Tiles outside were loose and a hazard, they did come out to fix. Dirty old outdoor furniture. Worst rental I've ever encountered.... BEWARE! I'll spare the grosse pictures that I took of all this!

The guest requested early check-in, which was not possible as our team needed time to prepare the home. Despite this, arrived hours early(1p.m.) and entered the property before the 4 p.m. check-in, disrupting the cleaning staff and behaving rudely toward them. All instructions, including pool and spa operation via the tablet, were provided in the check-in materials and by text. The home was fully remodeled within the past year, with new indoor / outdoor furniture, bedding, and décor. The property is inspected before each arrival to ensure everything is in proper working order. When minor issues were reported, such as a loose pool tile and disposal concern, our maintenance technician responded immediately. The roof and tiki area are in good structural condition. Guests were advised not to adjust the pool equipment, but it was later found the valves had been moved prior to the technician’s visit. We also received noise complaints from neighbors regarding excessive disturbance and unsafe activity around the pool area. Upon departure, the property required additional cleaning due to excessive trash not being taken out to the trash bins. The trash bins were overflowing, and you did not put out for thrash pick up days which happens twice a week, also stained linens and towels. We take great pride in maintaining our home to a high standard and appreciate guests who respect the property, staff, and neighborhood during their stay which they did not.

Graduation celebration

My family got together to celebrate my niece’s college graduation from FAU. We had the best time. The house was the perfect space with ample bedrooms and a bonus with each having their own bathroom! The back yard was a great space with the pool, palm trees and covered deck. If made you feel like you were secluded in a tropical paradise. We had a few minor needs to be addressed and the host was very responsive and came right over to help. We had a wonderful stay. I wish we had longer to experience the area. The house is in walking distance to a great area with shops, restaurants and coffee shops. I highly recommend this property!

Loved the house and location! Kevin the property manager was there to greet us and go over everything in the house as we showed up. There were a few things we needed and he jumped on everything very quick.

Great Time

Great location! Close to the beach, walking distance to stores and restaurants. Hot tub never got very warm but it is Florida doesn't need to be to very hot. Host was very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.
