5 Bed Resort Style Home w/ tropical garden/Pool and Jacuzzi-walk to the beach

The guest requested early check-in, which was not possible as our team needed time to prepare the home. Despite this, arrived hours early(1p.m.) and entered the property before the 4 p.m. check-in, disrupting the cleaning staff and behaving rudely toward them. All instructions, including pool and spa operation via the tablet, were provided in the check-in materials and by text. The home was fully remodeled within the past year, with new indoor / outdoor furniture, bedding, and décor. The property is inspected before each arrival to ensure everything is in proper working order. When minor issues were reported, such as a loose pool tile and disposal concern, our maintenance technician responded immediately. The roof and tiki area are in good structural condition. Guests were advised not to adjust the pool equipment, but it was later found the valves had been moved prior to the technician’s visit. We also received noise complaints from neighbors regarding excessive disturbance and unsafe activity around the pool area. Upon departure, the property required additional cleaning due to excessive trash not being taken out to the trash bins. The trash bins were overflowing, and you did not put out for thrash pick up days which happens twice a week, also stained linens and towels. We take great pride in maintaining our home to a high standard and appreciate guests who respect the property, staff, and neighborhood during their stay which they did not.
