Unfortunately utilities in California are some of the highest in the country and its standard practice in this region to charge this fee.

The City of Palm Springs has very strict noise requirements for rental units. There can be absolutely no music outside or loud noise coming from the property. This is all vacation rentals in the City.

Upon your arrival, you will be met by a Concierge who is exceptionally familiar with the area and City of Palm Springs rules and guidelines. He will walk you through everything you need for your stay and he and I will be available should you have any questions or needs during your stay. The City does not allow self check in but we will be as flexible as we can to accommodate your needs!

There are to be NO pets permitted on the Property - Licensees who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a minimum of $1000 and may be immediately evicted from the Property. No smoking! After booking I will send you a link to the Palm Springs rental agreement that we will need signed within 48 hours of booking. You will also have a professional concierge available at your service for your stay!
