We want your stay to be as memorable as possible! Our team is dedicated to providing you the best above-and-beyond experience in Northern Kentucky! We have been providing unforgettable vacations since 2011. The home is dressed with your comfort in mind and with the privacy and benefits of HOME.

SWEET RETREAT is fully equipped to be your home-away-from-home. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and of course, all you need for coffee each morning! Enjoy your meals together around the dining room table, or take it to the front patio for an epic barbecue.

After exploring the wonders of the Ark Encounter, decamp to the family room for a movie night. This comfy space includes a 65" flatscreen TV with streaming access and live TV via Roku TV and WiFi.

The bedrooms are fit for royalty, with a grand master featuring a king bed, a luxurious ensuite master bath, a spacious walk-in closet and a 65" TV for your entertainment. The second bedroom is fit for a king, with a king bed and a 58" TV. The third bedroom is cozy and comfortable, with a queen bed that will make you feel right at home. With two full bathrooms, you and your guests will have all the space you need to feel refreshed and ready to explore the wonders of Florence or Cincinnati. This gorgeous home offers a value proposition that's hard to match.

IMPORTANT:
1- We provide a swing set for our younger guests' enjoyment. To ensure their safety, we require adult supervision at all times. Please note that injuries are the responsibility of the supervising adult, not the establishment. The swing set is suitable for children aged 3 to 8 years, weighing no more than 100 pounds, to prevent damage to the equipment. Any damages to the swing set will incur a replacement fee. We appreciate your cooperation in following these guidelines to keep a safe and fun environment for everyone.
2- Sweet Retreat is somewhat close to a train track, and while the sound is gentle enough not to disturb, it’s worth noting if absolute silence is crucial for your stay. Please keep this in mind when booking.

- Candles are for decoration only - Number of guests cannot exceed 6 including children . A charge of $150 per extra person, per night will apply.
Parking is on the driveway - You can park up to 3 cars - Departure list is to be followed
A grill is provided however if propane tank is empty, we do not have a refill service. Fire pit is provided but you will need to bring your own wood.

Super clean, comfortable beds, home away from home. We didn’t cook there but if you needed to, you have everything you need. Transparent about being a train town but you can barely hear them, so it’s not an issue. We would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay! The house was very clean. The neighborhood was quiet and the nearby train wasn't disturbing at all, only heard a slight rumbling at times. The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking meals and every little detail to make our stay comfortable was thought of.

Wonderful Stay!

We 4 adults loved our long weekend at this lovely, comfortable house. It is beautifully decorated, thoughtfully equipped, and sparkling clean. Communications with hosts were easy and check-in and out instructions were clear and reasonable. It would also be great for folks with kids, as it includes baby/toddler equipment and a fun swingset in the ample yard. If we return to the area, we'll stay here again!

Fantastic stay

The property was very clean and well maintained. Communication with the hosts was easy and prompt. All of the rooms were very comfortable and nicely decorated. Yes, you will hear trains, but we did not find them intrusive. Overall, a wonderful stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was extremely clean and had everything you could ask for. It’s in a great location right between the Ark and Cincinnati. Perfect location if you’re looking for a place between the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum! This place was very nice, very clean, well decorated and we’d stay again!A suggestion may be to put a shelf or two somewhere in the guest bathroom bc there’s not much room to put your things esp if you had 4 people sharing but overall very pleased.
