This was the ideal place to stay as we went to the Ark one day and the Creation Museum the next. Also, we were happy to find the Family Restaurant just down the street. Awesome people and food.

We enjoyed our trip and family time together. The home was charming and definitely one of the cleanest homes we have stayed in while on vacation!Joe was great at responding to our messages whenever we corresponded with him! The only “downfall” was the main bathroom was upstairs but we made it work and would stay here again if ever in the area. The location was great with a couple local restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to pick up groceries.

Great place would definitely stay again!

Joe was a super responsive and kind host. The house was clean and had lots of space. It was less than a mile to downtown, we walked it. House was very nice, would definitely stay here again!

Beautifully decorated and cozy. Having a half bath downstairs and the only full bath upstairs was a bit inconvenient but, all in all, a great property. Clean, well supplied, and comfortable. A lock on the upstairs bath would be a plus.

We lived in this house for many years before listing it, and it still holds a special place in our hearts. The neighborhood is walkable and charming, with a local coffee shop, BBQ spot, and several other small businesses just a short stroll away.

Inside, we’ve put many thoughtful touches throughout the home to make your stay special. You’ll find original Keeneland photography by our brother-in-law, air purifiers, linen sprays, Purple and Helix mattresses, and soft linens for a restful night’s sleep. We also maintain a completely non-toxic environment, using only Branch Basics products to clean and care for the space. Our goal is to provide the kind of experience we’d want for ourselves—a stay that’s both comfortable and refreshing.
