The main floor consists of a well-stocked, seating for 10, kitchen that is great for gathering family and friend after a long day of exploring. The west facing deck off the kitchen, has a grill and table to enjoy dinner while watching the sunset across the mountain. The living room is open to the kitchen allowing for great conversation throughout. The hallway leads to the master bedroom (with ensuite bath), guestroom and main bath. The large loft area contains a king bed and sitting area. The finished basement boasts 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds each and one full bath. There is also a living area in the lower level. With the exception of the loft, all bedrooms are furnished with smart tv's. Overall stay was great. It was a great location for us to visit Buffalo Riders Ranch nearby. Size was perfect for our group. Cleanliness left some to be desired. Floors were not clean and back porch area also needed some cleaning. Host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would stay there again.
Great view of Arkansas Boston Mountain. Rooms were very pleasant and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking needs, plates, utensil, towels etc. Plenty of hot water for showers and cleaning and laundry.Great time and plenty of space for family of 10.
We had an amazing time! The house had all we needed and was very spacious. The beds were comfortable, which is very important! We stayed 4 days and loved every minute!! We will definitely stay again!!

Thank you Matthew! I am so glad you all enjoyed your stay and found the home to fit your needs so well!
The property was everything we needed for our party of 7. Location was excellent for our days on the Buffalo River. We were especially pleased with the size of the kitchen and the awesome ice maker the fridge provided. The gas grill’s burners were quite rusted so if you plan on grilling, plan on bringing your own grill. We brought our own so it did not affect us. The kitchen linens were clean but really stained. A new set of kitchen towels and dishcloths would really give the place an updated feel. We were pleased to find some leftover firewood and enjoyed the fire pit and sunsets every night. Air conditioner worked great and we had plenty of hot water for everyone. Be sure to bring your own bath soap as there is non provided. However, there was plenty of hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap and even laundry soap although we didn’t do laundry during our stay. Having access to a garage was really nice as it gave us a place to store some items during our stay and gave us easy secure access to the lower level. Estee called me immediately when I texted with a question. Excellent host communication. Overall, a really great place to stay and we would return for another memorable Arkansas vacation. I would rate 4.5/5.0. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
This was our third time staying at this place, and it continues to deliver every time. We came for a friends’ getaway, and it was the perfect spot to relax, catch up, and enjoy some time away from the city. Comfortable for 7 people. The space is clean, comfortable, and has everything we need. The hosts are consistently responsive and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. We’re already talking about coming back for a fourth visit — highly recommend!
The house was great and had an amazing view. Host was very responsive to questions regarding the property the duration of out trip. The only hiccups were access to service and spotting the driveway in the dark. Ladybugs were in abundance
Our hiking group loved the abundant space, large kitchen and comfortable bedrooms. Perhaps the most spectacular memories will be sitting out on the back porch watching the sunset. The cabin was a perfect fit for our group!

We rented this cabin for 8 of us for a quick family weekend. The cabin was beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Everything was clean, the beds were comfy, and the cabin is located just 5 minutes from Ponca where we played in the river and watched the elk. Perfect weekend.

Thank you so much Carrie, I am so glad you all made fun memories!
This is a beautiful property with a fantastic view. It is located perfectly for access to more hiking, canoeing, and all things outdoors than can be accomplished in the course of a normal vacation. We had 10 people from 75 to 5 in this cabin and it was great for all. Kitchen and grill are well appointed and we cooked and served several meals for our whole crew of 24 with no problems. Bathrooms are plenty and well updated. We saw deer from the large back deck on several occasions. Plenty of seperate areas for large groups to spread out and relax between adventures.
Our family of 10 stayed here. The property was great with everything we needed! We had space to play indoors when it was foggy and we were close to several trails so we were able to do some hiking and see the elk. Overall it was a wonderful trip.
