This lovely condo has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a spacious open kitchen and living area. The living room has a large, relaxed, airy feel overlooking the beautiful outdoors. There is a screened-in patio off of the living room and master bedroom that overlooks the beautiful golf course and is such a great place to sit and relax, listen to the birds, or read a good book.

There are tile floors in living areas and plush carpets in bedrooms. You will also find extremely comfortable furnishings throughout the unit.

This is a smoke-free condo, and smoking is allowed in designated areas only throughout the Peninsula Community.

All About The Peninsula:
The Peninsula is a gated community just 7 miles from Highway 59. It has a meticulously maintained 800-acre golf course where you can play 27 holes of championship golf. You will also find 8 tennis courts and one mile of beach on Bon Secour Bay with a 350' pier. The community has bike paths and nature trails throughout the Peninsula wildlife preserve.

The Peninsula is approximately 1 mile from The Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge and a 10-minute drive from the beautiful beaches in Gulf Shores.

The property also includes:
A fitness center, croquet, indoor and outdoor pool, restaurant, and pro shop.

Parking:
Two vehicles are allowed per unit.

Pools: There are Indoor and Outdoor pools, and renters must check in at the tennis shop before using the pools to pay pool fees. They will give you a copy of their pool hours.
Children 13 years – Adults: $8 per day
Children 3-12 years: $4 per day
Weekly family rate (parents + their children): $100
* Swimming after 5:00 pm will require checking in at the tennis shop before 5:00 pm.

Tennis and Pickle Ball: Renters must check in at the tennis shop before going to the tennis or pickleball courts to pay court fees. Courts are offered to renters at $8 per day when available.

Perfect for our group

Tennis ladies-- all with different likes and dislikes--all loved the condo and we were close to everything!! Could watch the golfers and the tennis players from our porch! Everything was clean and nice--any minor problem and taken care of immediately! Will be back!!

Great location for a golf getaway

Beautifully decorated, clean and spacious property that was the perfect location for escaping the cold winter weather to play some golf. 3 well groomed courses right on property and Kiva Dunes just a short drive away.

Great!

I am down in GS 4 to 5 times a year over the past 18 years and this is a great place to stay, this would be my 5th time staying in this area(golf) and is as nice as we have stayed. PLease was super clean and more room then we needed. We will be back.
