Relaxing stay

Property was very clean and location was fantastic. Super short walk to the beach. Patio overlooks the pool and beach. Amenities are top notch and the resort as a while was immaculately maintained. loved it and would definitely book again! Only cons: dishwasher doesnt work well and neither does dryer(takes 2-3 times to fully dry)

We stayed almost 2 weeks, it was very comfortable. No carpets which I like, it felt clean, furniture felt clean. Location of the room was good. Kitchen was pretty stocked. The weather was amazing while we were there ... mid-late october. The water slide was fun and the beach was beautiful. We would definitely stay in this unit again, we heard from some friends theirs were not as nice as ours.. so thanks!!

Adorable unit & great balcony view

My family and I loved our stay in this adorable condo! The pictures need updating because there have been updates that make the place much more appealing. The unit was very clean and the view from the balcony is great. The kitchen is small and missing a few essentials - scissors, cookie sheet, etc. but besides that everything was perfect! Highly recommend!

Great condo, just outdated

We loved the view of the pool and the patio! Very comfy king size bed !! Needs updating some random wall damages, and outdated! This did not hinder our enjoyment in the stay! It was clean! However I would pick a more updated one next time with better lighting. It's very dingy throughout. Pan selection for cooking is terrible, so don't plan on cooking in this condo! Walk to the beach was so convenient. Overall it was a nice stay.

Great Place

A few issues especially after hours check in was not explained. The Condos had letters for each building and the info sent by Vacasa only had # so we did not know which building had our unit. Did not know about a lock box with Condo info until a security guard showed up asking me what was I doing. He finally had the packet and explained to me where my unit was. Need more detailed info when sending unit info.

this one could be better

We love APATB and the location of this particular condo is really nice. Ocean view, pool view, and easy access to the covered pool on the other side. However, this condo was not as clean as most places that we have stayed before and the description of 'full kitchen' needs to be edited to indicate that you'll need to bring your own spices if you want to do any cooking. Lucky for us it was a short visit and we have family nearby to provide things like salt and pepper. Also, if you're renting in the summer of 2023 you may want to call and verify that the main outdoor pool is up and running. It's undergoing an overhaul that we were not aware of prior to visiting.

The condo met basic requirements. Comfy beds! My only issue was using Vacasa , they seemed to be overwhelmed and can’t handle the amount of rentals they have. The check in time was delayed until 7pm!! Big communication issue with cleaning company and vacasa rental office. Probably will not use Vacasa again.

Beach Trip 2022

Very clean,plenty of room,and the view was very nice.A loveseat instead of the two chairs would have been nice but overall no complaints.We will be trying to book this unit again for the years to come.
