Enjoy an Atlantic Beach retreat at this sunny Southwinds condo! Boasting on-site beach access and a suite of complex amenities, this two-bedroom condo is the perfect choice for a getaway with friends or family. Ft. Macon State Park is right next door and great local restaurants, shops, and attractions are all within easy reach.

Start the day with coffee and end it with a cocktail on the private balcony. The full kitchen comes equipped with all the major appliances (including dishwasher) for easy at-home meal planning and everyone can dine together at the adjacent table for four. After the day's adventures, unwind in the living room while streaming shows and movies with complimentary YouTube TV. Great place for a beach retreat!

Really nice place! Great for a family vacation, and you can’t argue with the location. Its’s steps from the beach! The condo has been very well cared for and maintained. The only thing we were missing were a few basic kitchen things like aluminum foil and sugar/sweetener and a hair dryer. I would stay again!

My wife and I enjoyed our time here. The beds were very comfortable, and the living room and kitchen were more than adequate for our needs. My wife did mention the bathrooms and shower were small. Also, we were harassed by mosquitos inside, even though we never left windows or doors open and killed them whenever we could.

A long weekend stay for a family of 3. This was a great condo and property. Two outdoor pools that were very clean. Outdoor grills and a full kitchen to prepare meals. The washer/dryer was a blessing with a messy toddler who needed to change clothes often. Very comfortable beds as well.

Check in was less than desirable

Rather than other rental companies, to check in you must go to the Vacasa office instead of going directly to the rental. Check in time is a firm 4pm, even if the property is not busy. Communication is with a third party, not with a particular host. Misinformation happened on our trip.

The main living space needs curtains. It’s 4 glass doors and no curtains or blinds for privacy. Standing in the kitchen or watching tv in the living room everyone can see you. The master bed is very tall. The door did not lock, it has a dead bolt that does not lock or work at all.

Best bang for you buck

If you are looking to be able to see the water and not be ocean front this is a great place. This place offers a king size bed with a private half bath attached. Plenty of drawer space and closet space too. The other bedroom has a twin and a full size bed in it, great for kids! Then a pull out couch. Each room has a TV in it. The one in the 2 bed bedroom wasn't hooked up but I had a extra roku I attached so no problem. Great deck space and view! Has a coffee maker and a Keurig. Worst part about this stay was having to leave. If you decide to stay say hey to James the security guard for me!

The location was great the beds were comfy. Condo was nice. It could have used so.rone who knew how to c lean. There were socks and balls left behind fro.Previous guest. Dirty silverware in bed and bunch of filth behind bed. Not enough silverware and no privacy at all no blinds on sliding glass doors. We didn't spend alot of time there we were very busy is in a really good location. We had a very good time, in spite of Previous things. Tv in bedroom was a joke we had to go out and buy a extension cord to get it to work
