This pet-friendly and snowbird-friendly retreat offers a peaceful escape just a 12-minute drive from the nearest public beach. Enjoy quiet mornings and stunning sunsets from multiple private decks, including one off the spacious primary suite. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up the catch of the day or prepare your favorite meals with ease. Whether you're planning a casual breakfast or a seafood feast, you’ll find all the appliances, cookware, and tableware you need for effortless dining at home.
The main level features the primary bedroom, complete with a private west-facing deck, an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower, a dressing area, walk-in closet, and a convenient washer and dryer. Upstairs, two additional guest bedrooms each offer a comfortable queen bed and share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. One of the guest rooms also includes a private deck and a twin sleeper chair, while the living room provides additional sleeping space with a sleeper sofa.
In the Bear Point community, you'll have access to a neighborhood boat ramp, making it easy to spend a day on the water.
