Great location on Bear Point

This property was perfect for our Labor Day family gathering. Loved the location. Very happy that we could park our 26' boat, 2 trucks and a Mazda in the driveway. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for our group!

The house was very well kept. Great location and a very walk friendly neighborhood. It was also nice to be able to bring our Yorkie with us to enjoy the stay. I would stay here again if another opportunity for a vacation happens.

We enjoyed our stay, house was accommodating and loved the area. House needs minor repairs, floor in entryway, railing on upper balcony, we were pleased overall!!

The Peaceful Side of going to the Alabama Gulf Coast

The Bear Point home was all it was billed to be. Clean, All furniture was in great shape, everything worked as it should, kitchen is well stocked. It is located in a quaint neighborhood, super for walking and biking safely. Has a great restaurant and marina within easy walking distance that is a GREAT place to hangout with friends, especially at sunset. We will definitely be back to stay here ....

Good vacation

It was a beautiful house, looked exactly like online. The check in and out was easily texted and easy to understand. The only negatives is you can’t get to the water around the house unless you are a member, and I took 3 dirty dishes out of the cabinets but other than that it was very nice. I would definitely come back
