Updated upstairs duplex unit nestled directly between Little Lagoon and the beach! Ideal location with views of the lagoon from the outside deck. Enjoy the breeze while outside enjoying coffee or soaking up the sun. Spacious interior comfortably sleeps 8 guests with 3 private bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a fold out sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with appliances and kitchenware needed to prepare and serve a meal. Washer and dryer in the unit. Pets considered with owner approval.
Easy walk to public beach access (0.3 mile) and a few restaurants (0.1 to 0.5 mile). Popular Gulf Shores highlights such as The Hangout, Gulf State Park and Pier, Waterville, and souvenir shops all located within 2 miles or less!
***Note: This property is a duplex. This listing is for the UPSTAIRS private unit. The downstairs unit may be rented separately or will be occupied by another guest.

ADDITIONAL DETAILS

* Free guest parking - room to park 2-3 vehicles on site.
* Amenities include free WiFi, smart tv's in bedrooms/living room, fully equipped kitchen, deck with picnic table.
* Bed/bath linens come furnished, but please bring your own beach towels.
* Guests receive a “starter pack” of laundry detergent, dish washing detergent, one trash bag per trash can, one roll paper towels/toilet paper, and travel-sized soaps per bathroom.

Nice spacious house, easy parking, not far from all the gulfshores hotspots. Only complaint was the pullout sofa bed was a bit rough to sleep on, but cant complain much about a sofa bed. Other beds were very comfy.

First time renting a VRBO, the condo was spotless, clean ,organized and so roomy! Close to some great restaurants, we could walk to several of them We are planning to stay there next year when we come back! Loved it!!

Excellent stay. Perfect for our family including our fur babies.

We really enjoyed this location. Condo is spacious and clean. Easily slept two adults, three teenagers, and one preteen in addition to two fur babies. Easy access to the beach. Great location. Would stay here again for sure.

BEACH 2025

Everything was great… Only thing when traveling with littles this is a upstairs duplex. The people under us called about the toddlers foot steps, and we are early risers so they complained about early mornings.

Comfortable and convenient

We stayed on the top floor, really cozy, plenty of room. The down size was the porch, it needs to be upgraded and the advertisement of a hot tub, we did not see it!
