This home boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and comfortably accommodates 8 people. The two primary bedrooms have their own en-suite bathrooms.

Indoor-outdoor living at its best! Oversized pool, hot tub, BBQ grill, putting green, outdoor bar, fire pit all make this property the perfect Palm Springs getaway! The spacious backyard with communal areas full of seating and lounge spaces allow all guests to live at their own pace.

All the amenities you can ask for are provided, including cable television, WIFI and a bedroom/office that provides a small mid-century desk with views of the San Jacinto Mountains and the iconic palm trees of Palm Springs.

We do have to warn you...when you see THE BEVERLY in person, you may never want to leave!

After an afternoon of Palm Springs adventures, such as shopping in El Paseo, hiking the nearby trails, or golfing, you and your guests can relax in the pool or hot tub, practice your putting on the custom putting green or enjoy a cocktail at the bar!

When you stay at THE BEVERLY, not only are you living in the lap of luxury but you are also minutes from all the fun, food and nightlife you can ask for if you choose to leave the property

There is a lockbox with keys by the front door.

The garage has been converted into a Living area. There is plenty of parking on the driveway (up to 4 cars).

Pool heat is optional and available for a fee of $100 per night. The pool heating is for the entire stay.

**By City of Palm Springs Ordinance, the following are required to rent a short term rental in the city:

1. Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age.

2. Primary renter must provide a copy of his/her government issued I.D. prior to check-in. A copy of I.D. is kept on file while guest is at property and will be shared with Vacation Rental Compliance Officials on demand as required by law.

3. Responsible party (primary renter) is required to sign a short term rental agreement (contract).

4. All guests are required to print and sign names to City of Palm Springs confirmation that Good Neighbor Brochure has been read and understood by all adult occupants (this will be emailed with the rental agreement).

5. No more than 2 adults per bedroom (8 max) are allowed to occupy the home overnight with 2 additional guests allowed during daytime hours. An additional 2 children under the age of 12 are allowed per rental.

6. No more than 1 car per bedroom are allowed to be parked at the house overnight with 1 additional car allowed during daytime hours (4 cars max)

7. Trash must be kept in the provided receptacle out of public view.

8. Dogs are to be kept on a leash at all times when not in the home or in the confined space of the property. Dogs are to be kept from barking. A consistently barking dog is considered a nuisance.

9. Outdoor music is prohibited 24 hours per day. It is further expected that noise created at the home will not be audible beyond the property line. Quiet time is between 10pm and 10am.

**These rules are set forth by City Ordinance and apply to ALL rentals in the City of Palm Springs. They are intended to help create peaceful neighborhoods in which rentals exist.
