Sitting among the tops of trees on the edge of Powder Ridge this pristine chalet boasts magnificent vistas of Sunday River and the Mahoosuc Mountains. The home features an open concept living area with kitchen and dining offering mountain view’s from every seat. Once you arrive, you will gain a sense of peace and tranquility as you feel as though you are sitting up in the trees.
The main floor features the master bedroom with a full bath and access to the deck. Upstairs you will find queen bedrooms and a full bath.
The lower level boast a second living room and game room with ping pong table. A fourth bedroom with king bed as well as a full bathroom are also on the lower level. The downstairs walks out to the unique lower deck that brings you right out into the trees.

Additional amenities include washer/dryer, 2 outdoor decks with seating, mud room, hotel-style linens in all bedrooms, high-end appliances, granite countertops, Bluetooth stereo system, gas grill, keyless entry, remote check-in,

Sleeping Arrangements: King in the Primary bedroom on main level, Queen in the second and third bedrooms with a full on the second level,(third bedroom also has a double sleeper soda bed. King in the fourth bedroom with en suite bath on the lower level. Sleeps up to 10 guests

First the house is spectacular. The interior is warm and inviting with a high level of luxury. You are on top of a mountain with gorgeous views of the valley and other mountain peaks (Sunday River). The sun sets out of the living room and back deck is in one word-perfect.

Beautiful well appointed home with lovely furnishings and bedding, fun games room with pool table and ping pong table, and stunning view of Sunday River ski resort from deck. Very short drive to mountain and 10 min from Bethel center. Great responsiveness from property mgt for any needs that arose.

Amazing Fall Foliage Views

We had a great long weekend stay at this beautiful mountain home with fabulous views of the fall foliage. The home itself was great, well appointed with plenty of supplies in the kitchen for cooking/meals. The views were a big part of what drew us to the house and the pictures shown were accurate and the real views lived up to the expectations! The location is great for its proximity to Sunday River Ski Resort as well as the beautiful Grafton Notch State Park and many hiking options. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!

Beautiful & Spacious with Breathtaking views

This was easily one of the best rentals we've ever stayed in. The house is just as beautiful as the pictures, was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and had plenty of room for our group of 8 adults (3 generations). We stayed 3 nights during a heat wave in July, so the AC came in handy for sleeping. We made good use of the ping pong table, the firepit (s'smores) and the dining table that fit all of us comfortably. And the views from the living room and deck...that was one of the main reasons we chose this place and it did not disappoint!

Family Vacation

What an amazing property. The location was great. There were houses around it, but because of the amount of trees, it felt secluded. Indoors was wonderful, very clean and beautifully decorated. Had all the necessary amenities and the ping pong table was a hit. We enjoyed eating breakfast on the deck off the main floor and also relaxing on the second deck just off the bottom floor, which was an amazing perk to the place. Already planning our return trip.

Snow much fun!

We had three families with kids ages 9-11. Great house for a large group. Room for kids to play games and have movies downstairs. Adults could relax apres ski by the fire and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for dinners. And the boot room coming in was a ten with so many littles needing to get dressed, etc. The rental management company was friendly and responsive. Driveway was plowed immediately after it snowed and there was plenty of salt left for us to take care of the walkway. The location was fantastic. Kids got to see Sunday River fireworks from the balcony in their jammies. Loved this house!

Nice place to get away to.

A lovely house

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It was pristine and comfortable. A few minor nits: hair dryers would have been nice, as would better quality towels. We would also have appreciated an upstairs television. But, these are nits. Overall, it’s a well located, well maintained house.

Great Place close to Sunday River

The home was even bigger than we thought and had everything we needed. The kitchen had more in it than any house I have ever rented. We had a great experience, got to check out late, and would go back again.

Sunny View

We had a great stay here. The house appears smaller from the road but is so spacious once you get inside! Well stocked dishes, utensils, glasses, wine glasses, pantry items. All rooms as described and clean upon arrival. A little issue checking in but that was due to a glitch in the system - property managers responded immediately. We had winter weather- snow, sleet, rain, and then cold temperatures so the driveway was very icy. There was Icy melt for us to use but the driveway could have used a better plowing and sanding. Did not use the outside firepit, but we would have if we had time because of the great views of the mountains. Fireworks on Saturday night from Sunday River ski area were a plus. Would definitely stay here again

Memorable place

One of the unique places we've stayed in! We usually stay in NH or VT, but this time we decided to try something different and we do not regret it at all. Although there isn't much to do close by, we enjoyed the convenient scenery right from the cabin. We only wished there were more games downstairs. Though, we definitely recommend staying in this cabin.
