Nice little condo.

Overall the property was nice. It would have been better had it been cleaned a little better before my arrival. I found some chips next to the couch that easily should’ve been cleaned up and facial hair all inside the bathroom cabinet. Communication was good with renter. The bed was very comfortable and I slept great. AC worked great as well. View of the beach was as described and very nice.

Anniversary getaway

It is a perfect property for a two person beach stay. They view and location were excellent. My wife and i really enjoyed our stay. All the usual accessories were provided and we have no negative comments.

Peaceful getaway

This is a quaint little condo nestled in the heart of everything. Proximity to restaurants, shopping and attractions is great. The views are incredible, unit has everything you need and more. My mom and I thoroughly enjoyed our trip and we are looking forward to returning soon.

The location made up for a lot. Rust, water damage to walls around doors and threadbare sheets were negatives. It was also well equipped. Sure miss the view.

Wonderfully close to the beach

Our condo was exactly as the ad stated. The beach was about 100 yards from our room. We would sit on our wonderful balcony and clearly see the beach & ocean. The room was very comfortable and close to restaurants. I would definitely return.

Nice place in a beatiful and quiet location

Very happy with our stay here. Place was nice and clean. Pictures accurately reflected the actual unit. Room had just about everything we needed. Able to cook and eat in several times which is a nice plus. View of beach from the room was great. Very pleased with communication from the owner. Only room for improvement would be a new matress as it sagged in the middle and wasn't the most comfortable. Even so, I would still stay again. Close to nearby attractions but away from the unwanted noise. Again, I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks a lot.

Cleanest condo we’ve ever rented!

I am a neat freak and have a touch of OCD. I usually clean every condo before we stay NOT THIS TIME! This place was immaculate, it looked like it had never been used. We used VRBO several years ago, rented from same family and became friends. They sold their condos and to stay at our favorite resort we had no option but to rent from a realtor, you know the one. They have the monopoly on rentals! Our last rental from them was nasty! Units rented from the owners are always nicer, cleaner and well maintained. Renters seem to take better care of them when they rent from the owner. Our son has used VRBO in Florida and has had the same wonderful experience! NICER, CLEAN, WELL TAKEN CARE OF CONDOS. We highly recommend using VRBO, especially Nautical Watch #209. Great full time residents too! Warm and welcoming to tenants!

My husband and I had a great stay. Communication with the host was so easy and the check in process was very simple. This was our 1st time to the Myrtle Beach area and we were not disappointed. We really enjoyed the close access to the beach. We spent every morning and evening on the balcony enjoying the view. For the most part the condo was clean but there was hair in the shower and underneath the blankets which was a little gross. The bed was also a bit uncomfortable but that is a personal opinion. Other than that everything else was great! We would definitely return in the future!

We loved everything about this hidden treasure! Perfect view of the ocean and just steps to the sand. The pool was never crowded and was refreshing after a day at the beach. The condo was very clean, well-stocked, comfortable and had more storage than many 2 bedrooms we’ve stayed in. Everyone we talked to was friendly. We had a great vacation and plan on staying here again!

Ok

The location was perfect. Our biggest complaint would be that the unit was not clean when we arrived. There was dirty dishes in the cupboards and the place had a musty smell, along with a body odor smell. All week everything was damp. Nothing would dry. The place had broken chairs and lamps and we found food and clothes stuffed in the couch and chair. For the price, I expected a little bit nicer ( and cleaner) place. The owners were nice and helped when we couldn’t lock the doors when we arrived. The biggest complaint was the noise. The upstairs neighbors could be heard all day and night.
