The Home- Newly remodeled 2,351 square feet mid-century modern style home. Four bedrooms and three bathrooms. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds. Large open living areas. Full kitchen with pass through window to the exterior! Walking distance to The Village.

All Bedrooms are located upstairs.

Bedroom 1(master bedroom, attached bath)- includes king sized bed, walk in closet with built ins, dresser. Beautifully renovated bathroom.

Bedroom 2- Includes king sized bed, armed chair, and closet.

Bedroom 3- Includes king sized bed, sitting chair, and closet.

Bedroom 4- Doubles as an extra living area! Two queen sized beds, Full sized couch with pull out bed, 55" smart TV, and wardrobe.

Sitting Loft-Located at the top of the stairs. Cozy couch and a writing desk.

Two bathrooms are located upstairs. One bathroom is located on the main level.

We provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cotton rounds, q tips, and floss picks. We do provide limited hand towels and wash cloths. 10 bath towels are provided. (Not for lake use, please bring extra for lake.)

Bathroom 1(Master bath)- Newly renovated tile and glass shower. Double vanity with amazing natural lighting.

Bathroom 2- Tiled, Single vanity

Bathroom 3- Tiled Shower with full body sprayer, single vanity

Kitchen- Bright and open kitchen. Perfect for entertaining with a large island, and a pass through window to the exterior deck! Full sized stainless steel fridge, gas range, stove, dishwasher to help you create wonderful meals. If you prefer take-out no worries! Fully stocked with all utensils, dishware, and cookware. A starter pack of paper towels, and trash bags are provided. Along with dish soap, coffee grounds, and sugar.

Dining- Located in view of kitchen, seating for 8 at dining table. Direct access to back patio.

Living room- Oversized sofa, 75’ smart tv for all your streaming needs. Wood burning fireplace.

Fireplace- Natural wood burning fireplace. We do not provide wood. It can be purchased upon check in.

Laundry- Full sized HE washer, dryer, and laundry sink.

Yard- Relax in the large outdoor space! Propane grill

Parking- Paved flat parking for 4 vehicles only. (no garage access)

This home does not allow animals no exceptions. This does include service animals. The entire family including two little ones who are sensitive to even the most hypo-allergenic breeds. Occupancy (10, including children & infants) car limit (4) are set by the city. They will enforce these. If found to have more than we are licensed for at any time, you may be evicted with no refund. So please adhere to these limitations. Many of these rules are set by the city and should be taken seriously as fines up to 5,000 and eviction can be placed upon you.

Upon Check Out

Wash dishes (load washer and START)
Pick up yard of trash, cigarette butts, lids ect
Leave used beds unmade
All used towels can be piled in bathroom (all linens are cleaned off site)
Close any open windows & doors.
Turn off lights
Lock up
Do not turn off heater in winter months
All trash must be taken to local trash dump site per city ordinances

Keypad code- Upon booking, City of Big Bear Lake requires their Good Neighbor Policy to be signed prior to gaining access to the home. The person booking the home MUST sign, no exceptions. Declining to sign will result in no access to the home, & cancellation of reservation with no refund. GNP can be found in our listing along with the break down of our agreement. Agreement is sent in a link for virtual signature in welcome message.

Code will be sent day of check in. Once the home is ready or at 4pm, whichever is first.

Animals- This home does not allow any type of animal. This includes service animals and emotional support animals. The owners are allergic and cannot have even hypoallergenic animals. Please do not ask as there are no exceptions to this rule. Please respect the owners and their health by selecting an animal friendly home. If you would like help seeing our animal friendly homes, send us a message, or view our available homes. Most of our homes have “Pet Friendly” in the title.

Cleaning Fee- nonnegotiable. This covers clean linens, cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, basic balancing of spa chemicals, and basic care of the home. This does not cover left trash, excessive messes, or cleaning dirty dishes. The home has deeper clean items that happen 2-3x a year.

Early check in- No guarantees will be made. Do not show up to the home until given the code. This rushes the cleaners and tends to assure something is missed.

Late check out- No guarantees. This is based entirely on the cleaning team’s route. It is only granted night before checking out. If you’d like to guarantee checking out later, book another night. This allows you to stay a whole night or leave at any point during your reservation time. Please note, we do charge if you delay the cleaning teams by not vacating the entire property, not just the home. The cleaners will not knock to let you know they are there. Please be respectful of their time and any guest checking into the home after you.

Snow Removal- We have a snowplow on call during winter. Please be patient as they are on their own route. Our plows come out after a storm when 4+ inches fall. We do our best to shovel the entry to the home. Decks are not guaranteed to be shoveled. Shovel and salt is provided in the home for your convenience.

The home does have 2 cameras that are checked periodically to ensure occupancy and car limits are adhered to. The cameras view the driveway and entrances into the home.

If traveling in winter, we highly suggest purchasing trip insurance! We have a strict cancellation policy and will stand by it. Winter months can be challenging with snow, ice, road closures, and other things. Cover yourself by purchasing the trip insurance.

No refund will be made for cancellation due to weather, road conditions, acts of nature, mechanical failures, electrical failures or malfunctions with spas, TVs or other equipment, or for sighting of insects, rodents, or other animals. No refunds will be made for circumstances beyond the Homeowner’s control. Rescheduling is allowed if all roads have been closed into the area for 24 hours of check in time. Chains are often required and should be always carried. They may be needed to get in or out of Big Bear or your rental.

If all house rules are followed, then no extra charges will occur! Ultimately be respectful to the home, town, people.
