Relax and unwind in this beautifully renovated Mediterranean-style villa just 6 miles from Disney, perfectly located at the crossroads of Highway 192 and 27 in lovely Clermont. You’ll enjoy the excitement of Orlando while staying on the peaceful edge of small-town Florida charm.

The home has been thoughtfully renovated from top to bottom in a comfortable, upbeat modern style and is continually refreshed to keep it feeling bright, clean, and welcoming.

There is one private ensuite bathroom and a second full bathroom on the upper level.

This was hands-down the best property we’ve ever stayed at. The home was beautiful and had more room than we even needed. It was the cleanest home we’ve ever stayed in, and the hosts provided so many extra thoughtful amenities. We had everything we needed for basic toiletries in washing needs, and they even provided extras for the pool. The home is in a very beautiful neighborhood that we walked in daily and felt completely safe. Jenn was always immediately responsive and quick to notify of any updates. I really appreciated that she sent well-detailed information ahead of time to prepare for the trip. The beds were incredibly comfortable, we loved the decor, and the pool was wonderful. We were right at the interstate and tons of options for food, grocery shopping, and entertainment. We found a park less than 1 mile down the road that my boys absolutely loved with a lake, walking trail, and sports fields. Jenn even provided information on attractions in the area such as Rock Springs State Park, where we could snorkel and hike and was the most beautiful park we’ve ever been to.We were extremely sad to leave and I certainly hope if we come down again this property is available. What a blessing It was to stay here, what wonderful hosts, and best value for the money we’ve had!!!

The property was immaculately presented and clean. The kitchen appliances seemed brand new. The pool was great and the communication with the owner was great. Would highly recommend. Spring Break College Softball Trip

Fantastic place to unwind after spending the day at the fields which were about 25 minutes north of this property. Beautiful, clean home with comfy beds in a quiet gated community. Great communication with Jenn and the property manager. Hoping we can stay when we return for college softball next year if we are playing at the same complex. Highly recommend!

High Grove is a lovely, quiet and safe gated community of 164 attractive Mediterranean-style homes with tile roofs, nestled around a beautifully landscaped clubhouse. A rare bonus in the Orlando area is the ability to walk just 3 minutes to the popular Best of British Pub for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or drinks.

From the villa, it’s a quick drive along Route 192 to Disney’s parks and the many world-class attractions, shops, and restaurants that Kissimmee and Orlando have to offer. Or head north on Route 27 toward the charming town of Clermont, where you’ll find rolling hills, lakes, golf courses, orange groves, wineries, and the quieter shops and restaurants locals love.

Atlantic beaches are less than an hour away, and the beautiful Gulf Coast beaches are under two hours. With so much nearby, you can easily discover something new every day for years.
