The kitchen is very spacious and has plenty of room for storage of groceries and supplies. It has everything you need to prepare and enjoy meals in your home away from home.

The dining room and living room is open with a vaulted ceilings and wet bar area. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper, ample sitting for all guests and a 55” flats screen smart tv.

The living room opens to the over side balcony and has ocean views and occasional sunrise in the East in the Spring months. The balcony has morning sunlight and shaded afternoons with perfect temperatures year round to sit and enjoy the Key West breeze. The balcony has sitting chairs and outside dining area.

The primary suite offers a king size bed with en-suite bathroom and HUGE jacuzzi bathtub/ shower, 43” flat screen smart tv, large closet space and plenty of room to unpack and stay awhile.

The spacious guest room offers two twin beds (can be converted to an additional king bed upon request) 43” flat screen smart tv, large closet and dresser. The second bathroom has a shower/bath combo.

Each bedroom has a sliding glass door that leads out to the large outdoor balcony.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit and plenty of storage space.

Assigned covered parking in the secure parking garage for 1 vehicle (under 6’ clearance). There is also a storage closet in the parking garage where you may park your rental bicycles, store your dive gear or fishing equipment.

1800 Atlantic is perfectly located less than 1 mile to the Key West Airport, 1 mile to the East end of Duval Street and Southernmost Point, steps to the beach of the Atlantic Ocean and many amenities such as an Olympic size heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Sauna, lighted tennis courts including a clay court, poolside grills with covered picnic area and tables.

Key West getaway

Great condo- size and amenities were great! Loved that there was a large kitchen to cook some nights. We liked that all was supplied (beach towels, wine opener, etc) to have a great time. The king size bed was comfy too! The posted pictures were accurate of this condo. Outside pool, hot tub had great views of the ocean. We loved it! While the condo is close to the ocean it is not to the Duval hot spots. Plan on a car, scooter or bike or other means while you are here. The only thing that detracted from our stay was the street and airplane noise at all hours of the day and night. It is Key West (small island, many people) and our condo has no sound proofing. A unit not facing the street may be quieter.

A month in KW

The property was very well cared for. Amenities were perfect Our contact was very helpful and always responded quickly. The traffic noise was the only item that we wish were improved.
