We visited Cape Coral in 2008 and fell in love with the area! It is a quiet, laid back area and a place where we'd like to retire to someday. We enjoy boating and love that we can boat to some of the most beautiful beaches!

Cannot say enough about our recent stay. Spotless home, beautiful pool and location, close to all that the Ft. Myers area has to offer.

Perfectly appointed home, close to shopping and centrally located to all area amenities. The lanai with pool on a canal was ideal! The homeowner Jennifer was so responsive regarding any questions or concerns and has the best informative personal website. Book it.
Wonderful Home
Our month at your wonderful home is coming to an end. We couldn't have asked for better weather or accommodations. You are a dream to work with as well as your property management team. He was extremely prompt with answers to any of our questions/concerns. Your communication with potential clients as well as current clients who are renting or planning on renting is one of the best we have dealt with. We hope we can get the opportunity to rent again at this magnificent home. It is centrally located for our needs.
Beautiful Home with everything you need!
We spent 3 months in this great house and loved every minute of it. It is very spacious with everything you need. Beautiful pool with solar heating! We loved watching the TV out at the pool area! Very nice neighborhood! Jennifer was great! We would recommend this home to everyone!
Wonderful Home!
We needed to rent while we were looking to buy our own home in Cape Coral. Jennifer and Mark were very accommodating and we were thrilled with their home. It was well-stocked, clean, and convenient to everything. It was a comfortable retreat for a month. We would highly recommend this home!
